Rahkasammal A is a high quality semi-detached apartment completed in 2024 in a central but quiet location in Iso-Syöte.
There aretoboggan, hiking and cycling trails covering the feed nearby. Ski slopes and other services in Iso-Syöte are about a kilometre away. The ski trail can be reached directly from the cottage yard!
Active physical activity and hiking opportunities are available all year round. In the summer season, for example, the lift bike park BikePark.
Downstairs there is a spacious and high living-kitchen with windows offering a relaxed view of the tranquility of nature. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a sauna and washroom with toilet seat, a separate toilet with good utility rooms, as well as an entrance hall. The loft has two beds as well as two bunk beds for extra beds. For smaller families, children's tableware, a travel cot, a high chair and a potty can be used. The child gate is at
the top of the stairs.Facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer, a drying cabinet and two flat-screen TVs.
In the kitchen there is a tableware for 8 people. The kitchen also has basic equipment for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, electric kettle, hand blender, toaster, micro, electric mixer.
Firewood is included in the rental price.
There is a service canopy in the front yard for servicing bicycles, skis and other equipment. The lockable outdoor storage is for storage of utensils.
The yard can accommodate 2-3 cars and a trailer.
Pets are not allowed.
Please note that final cleaning and bed linen are not included in the price. If you wish, you can book them in advance, cleaning costs €100/booking and bed linen costs €20/person
