Completed 2008 semi-detached apartment on the slope of Iso-Syöte. Ski slopes 300m away, toboggan trail 100m away and the ski track can be reached from the cottage. Downstairs living room with kitchen, bedroom, toilet, washroom and sauna. Upstairs sleeping areas divided into two parts. There are sleeping places for 2 in the bedroom downstairs and sleeping places for 4 on the upper floor. A cot is provided in the room. Rental hours start daily at: 4pm and end daily at; 12 pm. It is possible to separately agree on the arrival and departure times. Fireplace is included in the rental of the apartment. The final cleaning is charged at the same time as the rental fee (€80) and will be refunded afterwards if the tenant has done the original cleaning. Linen service 20€/person
