.Welcome to our homely cottage! Syote homely cottage is a luxurious and cozy semi-detached cottage completed in the summer of 2022 in the middle of beautiful nature. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Hulhavanaho about 700m from the slopes and services of Iso-Syöte (Syöteojantie 5b). Ski trails, bike and toboggan runs are within easy reach of the destination. The cottage does not have a common external wall with the neighboring cottage. Please note that the cabin is located about a meter above the cabin parking lot. Access to the cottage is carried out by stairs, so there is no unhindered access by wheelchair. The ground floor of the cottage has an area of 66.5m and the loft is 28.5m. Sleeping places for 8 + travel bed. Downstairs there is a spacious and high living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a sauna, a washroom, a utility room, a separate toilet and a spacious hallway with a walk-in closet for outdoor clothes, clothes, etc. The loft (28.5m2) has four beds. The bedrooms and the loft have separate bed frames, which can also be combined into a double bed.
Thefood from your home is well equipped and you can spend a carefree holiday there for a longer period of time. Equipment includes e.g. drying washing machine, drying cabinet, electric towel dryer, air heat pump, bluetooth speaker, 50” smart TV, ski lubrication rack, child gate for stairs, kick sled 2 pcs, travel cot and high chair. Ski equipment is also available in winter. Firewood for the fireplace included in the rent. The cottage also has a lockable outdoor storage room for storing outdoor equipment, as well as the possibility of washing bicycles in summer and autumn. The kitchen at home is well equipped. Fair tableware and serving utensils for 8 people. Cooking and baking utensils can be found. Kitchen equipment: coffee maker, nut pan, toaster, electric mixer, blender, hand blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher and ice creamer/freezer.
In order to guarantee everyone a successful holiday, the cottage is smoke-free and allergy-free. Pets are not allowed. The terrace furniture of the large rear terrace on the south side, sun loungers and a charcoal grill are available during the summer and autumn season. Bring your own coals for grilling. The cottage is available to the customer on the day of arrival from 4 pm and must be handed over by 2 pm on the day of departure with self-service cleaning and by 12 noon with a cleaning service purchased. Times can be negotiated if necessary. The rental of the cottage does not include final cleaning, but you can order it if you wish (110e).
