In late April, another couple of weeks off. Other spring-winter weeks
are rented.
Quietly located, clean, renovated, well equipped cottage (63+25 m2) The cottage has a main room, kitchen, sauna and two bedrooms as well as a loft. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bedrooms have blackout curtains
.
The loft has sleeping places for four people, but the cottage is best suited for small groups and family use. There is a child gate at the top of the stairs
The cottage has a good internet connection (fiber optic, Wi-Fi and Chromecast) as well as a good level of equipment such as a washing machine, drying cabinet and complete equipment in the kitchen. There is a remote workstation, a “landscape office”, by the upstairs window
.
From the yard you can get DIRECTLY TO THE PATHS AND PATHS OF PYTKYNHARJU.
The
feed has a wide and varied outdoor track. There are also good places in the surrounding area: it is a short drive along Harju, e.g. Kellarilammi lean-to (1.4 km) and Riihituva (2.3 km). The yard area is calm, so even a manageable dog can be
let loose.
In winter, the ski trails and the mountain biking trail run 200 m away and the locked warehouse offers a variety of winter outdoor equipment, such as two skid shoes, five snowshoes, sledges, sliders, kick sledges. Now you can also rent a fat bike (Kona Wo 2023, Medium): 30€/wk, 50€/wk
.
The centre of Iso-Syöte is about 5 minutes away by car, but can also be reached by bike and skiing.
If you want to use an outdoor hot tub, there is a separate fee (details at the end of the text)
Toilet and kitchen papers and firewood are included in the price. Towels and bed linen must be brought by the tenant.
If you have pets with you, we hope that they do not get on the beds or on the sofas.
The final cleaning is available for €80 if desired. Use of outdoor hot tub 100-160 €/week, 160-200 €/week. The hot tub is only rented to small groups and primarily for family use
