Sjøten Kajo offers vacationers beautiful danger views and a private setting within walking distance of the ski resort's facilities. The main cabin has a large living area with cuddly sofas and stunning views, as well as a large dining table that can accommodate ten people
. Theseparate sauna building has a wood-heated six-person sauna with a large window opening onto tranquil danger landscapes. The main building has a shower but no sauna. Upstairs there is a remote workstation with an electric desk
.The cottage and the sauna building are connected by a terrace complex that opens to the south and the wooded danger landscape. The ski slope and back to the cabin can be reached by downhill without a car. Next to the cottage goes a cycle path between the top of the fell and the lower station on the forecourt. In winter, the bike path is driven by tamper and serves as a transition route. There are three road crossings on the bike path and a couple of spots where you need to tamper. Not suitable for small children to count alone
.Ski trails run next to the cottage from week 8, from the beginning of winter to the tracks along the 1km road. Cross-country trails and hiking trails are accessible through the winter. The extensive mountain bike trail in the feed can be joined directly from the cottage. The cabin has a warm, air-conditioned ski and bike maintenance area and a storage room.
Snowshoes, sleds and skid skates are available to tenants. The cabin has a wood-burning outdoor pod. The pool can be rented for an additional fee, 100EUR/filling or 250EUR/week. With one refill, the water stays clean enough for two days for bathing in a large group and 3 days for a smaller group. The rent includes trees and water. The customer fills, heats, empties and cleans the litter. The cleaning of the laundry is the responsibility of the customer, even if the final
cleaning is paid.The cabin has two car spaces with heating/charging post, max 10A charging current. Parking lot electricity costs separately, standard exchange electricity spot price + 10c/kwh, invoice according to consumption afterwards, there is a remote meter at the post that calculates consumption and price,

Booking and cancellation terms
The client must be of legal age. Unaccompanied minors are required to have a written commitment from the guardian, which is provided to the renter before the start of the stay. The key will only be handed over for paid bookings.
The pre-paid booking confirmation fee is €300. In case of non-payment and payment periods, the reservation may be cancelled without notice. The rest of the reservation amount will be paid 14 days (2 weeks) before the start of the reservation. All payments are submitted as a wire transfer with the account details provided by the landlord. If the reservation starts from 21 days (3 weeks) or less, the full amount will be paid immediately immediately on the day
of booking.If the cancellation occurs later than 14 days before the start of the reservation, the full rental price will be charged. If the holiday destination can be marketed to another customer, the booking fee will be withheld as a cancellation fee
.In the event of force majeure, or if the customer or a person living in a joint household becomes seriously ill, has an accident or dies, the customer may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer has the right to recover the amount paid to the landlord in full. The cancellation must be promptly notified to the landlord and the matter must be proven in a reliable way, e.g. a medical
certificate. -
Delays and compensations
The customer brings his own bed linen and towels and is responsible for cleaning the property during the rental period and at the end of the rental, unless the customer has purchased these additional services. The use of linen is mandatory. If the cleaning has not been completed, the landlord has the right to charge the customer a cleaning fee of 180 eur. Cleaning can be ordered before the item is handed over
.The cabin can be used by a maximum of the number of people indicated for the reservation. The use of a tent or caravan on the territory of the resort without the permission of the owner is prohibited. The importation of pets must be authorised or otherwise agreed separately
.Food and pets should not be taken upstairs or on the sofa. No shoes on upstairs, especially not monos or cycling shoes on. The stairs are made of soft wood.
The client performs snow work on the terrace and on the walkways between the doors so that the new falling snow does not fall on the stairs and in front of the doors.
The cottage is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 16:00 until the departure at 12:00. Arrival and departure times can be adjusted if other tenants are not immediately arriving or leaving. You can inquire about this a few days before the start of the reservation.
Therental of the cottage includes furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, snowshoes, forest skis, ski lubrication bench, and firewood for the sauna and fireplace. Mattresses, blankets and pillows are included in the rental price. Toilet papers, kitchen towels and sauna pefflets are included in the rent if there are any in the property. We try to make sure that they are always on site at least so that you can get started, but there is no guarantee of this

Damages and deposits
For the drowned key, the tenant is obliged to pay a fee of 100eur.
The customer is obliged to compensate the landlord for any damage caused to the resort or its movable property directly.
All comments and complaints relating to the resort must be addressed directly to the landlord immediately after their topic has arisen and during the booking process. Complaints made retrospectively will not be considered.
If any damage to the object occurs during the rental period, it must be notified to the owner no later than the day of the end of the rental period. An arrangement fee of at least EUR 35 may be charged to the tenant in addition to the damage discovered later

The tenant must have a valid liability insurance policy. Liability insurance is normally included in home
insurance. -
