Double cottage with outdoor hot tub for rent!
Welcome to spend a relaxing holiday in the scenery of Syöte!
Free use of the outdoor hot tub is included in the rental price. The cottage has one season pass to the slopes of Iso-Syöte and it is available to tenants. On the lower floor of the cottage there is one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with two single beds and two mattresses. A travel cot and high chair can be found for the smallest of the family
and child gates are at both ends of the stairs.

-Outdoor hot tub on the back terrace with led lights and ambience spouts. The temperature is set at 37 degrees. The use of the hot tub is effortless and the tenant undertakes to follow the instructions for its use. If the water is dirty and the water needs to be changed, 200€ will be charged for the water change

-Storage room where you can store skis etc.
-In the warehouse you can find a sleigh and a bobsleigh for the use of tenants
-free WiFi terrace furniture and ball grill (tenant brings own coals)
-Barbecue hut (shared by the tenants of cabin A and B)
The cottage is located between Iso-Syöte and Pikku-Syöte and the cottage offers beautiful views of the slopes of Iso-Syöte. These ski resorts offer a wide range of recreational opportunities:
-Ski trails run about 300 m away. During the snow-free season, summer hiking trails run from the same point
.
-Good mountain biking trails, including winter cycling routes
-Toboggan routes
-Downhill biking in Iso-Syöte during the summer
-Luppovesi is 1.5 km away. There is a swimming pool, barbecue facilities
and a playground.
-In the area of the feed there are many lean-tos and other campfires
Pets are not allowed to be brought to the cottage. We don't rent a cabin for partying!
The
minimum rental period is 2 days. The final cleaning is up to the tenant. You can buy cleaning as an additional service for 100€. Ask about renting bed linen!
You can rent both sides of the cottage (A and B) to a large group, a total of 18 beds, two hot tubs, two electric saunas and a wood-burning outdoor sauna!

Winter holidays are rented from Saturday to Saturday 1300€ or half-weeks Sat-Wed or Wed-Sat 225€/day.
During Easter, the cottage can be rented for the whole week for 1300€ or Thu to Mon 1000€.

Booking and cancellation terms
For
cancellations made 3 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will withhold the booking fee (20% of the rental amount). In case of cancellation closer to the start of the holiday, we will charge half (50%) of the rent

Payment terms
The booking fee is 20% of the rental amount and will be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 80% of the rent must be paid 1 month before the start of the holiday, we will send a separate invoice for this
.The entire rental amount will be paid at the time of booking if the start of the holiday is less than 5 weeks.

Damages and deposits
We charge €200 for changing the water in the hot tub.
We charge 1.5 times the cleaning fee for a cabin left uncleaned.
