Come and enjoy, move and be in the midst of the beautiful fell and wilderness landscapes and diverse activities in Syöte. Located at the foot of the lower slopes of Iso-Syöte, this cozy apartment is perfect for both vacationers and commuters.
All services in the fell area are within walking distance; skiing, cycling trails or other activities in the area can be reached directly from the yard. Equipment rental, slopes and restaurants at a distance of approx. 200 m.

The yard can accommodate not only 1-2 cars, but also a trailer. Outdoor fire pit for the use of tenants.
For the little ones in the family, there are two playgrounds, a skate park and a swimming beach within walking distance.

The rental period starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12pm on the day of departure

The
rental price includes a final cleaning fee. If desired, you can ask about doing the cleaning yourself.
ACTIVITIES WITH FEED:
During the summer you can easily access the hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the yard. You can find fatbike rental shops in the feed. Other popular activities include cycling, roller skiing, berry picking and mushroom picking, fishing (e.g., nearby Lake Naamanka), hunting, hiking and canoeing.
In winter, all winter activities can be reached in the immediate vicinity of the cottage: skiing/snowshoeing, snowshoeing, skiing and fat biking (Syöte's maintained cycling routes are among the best in Finland)

Booking conditions
When ordering, booking and cancelling accommodation services, the following conditions are complied with by the following terms and conditions when ordering, booking and cancelling accommodation services. These terms and conditions will be binding on both parties once the customer has paid the booking fee mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations
Cancellation must always be made in writing to the owner of the cottage. If the customer cancels their reservation:
30 days prior to the start of the rental period, one third (⅓) of the advance booking fee will be refunded and the final payment in full if paid. Cancellations made later than 30 days before the start of the rental period will be charged in full.
The cancellation is considered to have occurred at the moment when the owner became aware of the cancellation.
The owner of the cottage has the right to cancel the reservation:
1 In the event of force majeure, the reservation may be cancelled (e.g. water damage in the apartment). In this case, the client has the right to get the rent paid back
.2 If payment for the reservation is not paid on time. In this case, the client is not entitled to recover the rent he paid
.3 If the ownership of the property changes before the start of the rental period. In this case, the client has the right to get the rent paid back.
4 Worsening of the corona situation: if the authorities prohibit travel to holiday homes in the whole of Finland or the territory of your municipality of residence, we will cancel your reservation for the duration of the travel ban at no cost.
Booking and payment
The reservation is confirmed when the advance payment (approx. 30% of the total rent; the exact amount is stated in the instructions) has been paid by the due date. The final payment must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the accommodation. If the reservation is made later than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the rent will be paid in full as a one-time payment at the time of
booking.If the final payment has not been paid by the due date, the reservation is considered canceled.
Key Handover
The keys will be handed over when the payments are proven. For a lost key, the actual cost of the damage will be recovered, such as changing the lock and/or ordering additional keys.
Staying in the cottage
The cabin is available to the guest from the day of arrival at 4 pm until departure at 12 noon, unless otherwise stated. The rental of the cottage includes free use of the cottage, the customer brings his own hand and bath towels and bed linen (use of linen is mandatory). The client is responsible for cleaning the cottage during the rental period and at the end of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed.
If replacement cleaning is not included in the rental price, at the end of the rental period the cottage must be handed over in the same condition as it was when arriving at the destination. If the cleaning has not been completed at the end of the rental period and the maintenance shop has to clean the apartment, the actual cost of the cleaning will be invoiced as well as a fine payment of €100 from the customer.
If replacement cleaning is included in the rental price, at the end of the rental period the cottage must be handed over in a tidy order, the dishes washed, the beds made up and the rubbish bins emptied. If the customer fails to follow the cleaning instructions and the service provider has to perform a procedure outside of their cleaning service (e.g. washing dirty dishes), the actual cost of the additional procedure will be charged and an additional fine of €100 will be charged to the customer.
Number of persons
Whenbooking, the agreed number of people must not be exceeded. Excess persons will be charged a fine of €100/ extra person.
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the cottage and its movable property. The damage must be reported immediately. Any detected defects and shortcomings should be notified to the owner immediately
.Deficiencies or defects reported after the end of the stay or revealed during the final inspection are deemed to have been caused by the customer's activities and are therefore treated as caused by the customer (in which case the customer is primarily liable for compensation).
