The location of The Peak House is ideal for skiers and if you wish, you can forget about the car for the rest of your holiday. You can get to the slopes directly from the courtyard of the apartment, just as after the day of the descent you descend from the slope directly into the yard

The apartment is suitable for demanding tastes: all materials are carefully selected and the apartment is furnished and decorated mainly with Finnish design.
Ground floor
Downstairs you eat, sauna, relax and have a good night's sleep as the wonderful landscape opens up every moment changing! Downstairs you will find:
- Bedroom with 160 cm frame mattress double bed and large sliding door cabinet - Bedroom with two separate 80 cm wide frame mattress beds and large sliding door cabinet
- Kitchen with dining group for 6 people, large refrigerator and spacious freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, combined oven+microwave. Facilities: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, electric mixer, smoothie maker, Arabia-themed tableware, Arabian Taika breakfast set, Iittala cobalt blue Kentio glasses and tumbler and a wide range of glasses (drink, wine, shot, sparkling wine and cognac glasses).

- Toilets
- Bathroom and sauna. Ratia's Tonttuu stove gives good and long steam, the sauna can accommodate 5 people and from the window you can admire the fell. The bathroom has a washing machine, a large drying cabinet, a hairdryer and a straightening iron

Upstairs is like a casual pastime: playing games, watching movies, listening to music and reading.
Upstairs you will find:
- Loft with flat screen TV, kid-friendly movie selection, Xbox360 game console and plenty of games, 2 microphones
- Bedroom with two separate 80 cm wide frame mattress beds and a closet.
- Table football game
The apartment has its own heated carport directly opposite the apartment. The ground floor of the apartment has its own locked storage room and a warm ski lubrication room.
From the location
In winter, ski trails can be reached around the corner, snowmobile safaris depart from the courtyard of the neighbouring Hotel Iso-Syöte. The hotel offers a wide range of services with a spa and a high-end restaurant. There, too, the charging points of Virran electric cars

During the melting earth, Syöte offers a wonderful setting for a wide variety of outdoor activities. Mountain bike trails are among the best in Finland. The versatile bike park offers a challenge for even more demanding DH skiers. In addition, Syöte is inclined to hiking, cross-country running, canoeing, photography or, for example, fishing. The chairlift is currently being built for the winter season 25-26!
