Welcome to enjoy the nature of Iso-Syöte and its many possibilities in Valkko!
Valkko is a semi-detached cottage built in 2017. The cottage is located in a popular area of Hulhavanaho. Within walking distance you can find Iso-Syöte substation, where the nearest shop is located. From the cottage's courtyard you can get directly to the nature trail, from where you can see the magnificent scenery of Syöte National Park. In winter, a ski trail runs behind the cottage.
The cottage has three bedrooms that can sleep eight people. The spacious living room kitchen can accommodate a larger group of people to spend time. In addition to the bathroom there is a toilet and a sauna. The warm storage can store bikes as well as skiing/skiing equipment.
In the drying cabinet you can dry your sportswear and on the sauna boards you can relax with your family or friends.
The cottage has a potty, high chair, junior high chair and baby travel cot for the little ones in the family. For the little ones, there is a PS4 game console, books and toys. For small pairs of hands, there is also a separate set of dishes, making dining comfortable for the whole
family.In the kitchen, Dolce Gusto's capsule coffee maker brings a touch of luxury to coffee moments. Extensive kitchen equipment creates the setting to conjure up enjoyable dishes.
There is also a fast optical fiber connection in white, so remote working is also possible.
Bedrooms:
● Bedroom 1:160cm wide double bed, baby travel cot if necessary
● Bedroom 2: two 80cm wide frame mattress beds
● Bedroom 3: bunk bed, one 80cm wide frame mattress bed and box bed
In the cabin, in addition, one mattress.
Towels and sheets are not included in the rent, but if necessary we arrange bed linen for 22€/person. If you want to make it easier for you to leave your holiday and leave the final cleaning to a professional, you can do it for an additional fee of €90. Otherwise, the tenant is obliged to take care of the final cleaning himself. When booking, please let us know if you are taking the final cleaning or cleaning the cabin yourself.
Firewood is included in the rental. Charging electric cars without a separate contract
is prohibited.Valkko is a smoke-free and animal-free destination where both couples and families enjoy themselves.
