Villa Havu is a luxurious and atmospheric semi-detached cottage completed at the turn of 2021/2022 in the middle of beautiful nature.
The cottage is located about a kilometer from the slopes and services of Iso-Syöte. Enjoy the outdoor and sports opportunities in the surrounding area, as well as nature experiences all year round. Ski tracks, bike and toboggan trails run alongside. At the end of an active day, you can relax in the privacy of the cottage, for example, enjoying the sauna or the outdoor hot tub (+38C 24/7). The hot tub is placed in a quiet location on the large, covered terrace of the backyard. The pool can accommodate up to 5 adults
.
On the ground floor (61,5m2) there is a spacious and high living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, both with Yankee double beds, sauna, washroom, separate toilet and spacious hallway for outdoor clothes, etc. There is enough storage space for even larger groups. The loft (22,5m2) has four beds. The stairs covered with felt carpet are safe for the child to pass, there is also a child gate. The cabin is equipped with a travel cot.
Villa Havu is well equipped and you can spend a carefree holiday there for longer. Amenities include a washing machine and a drying cabinet. With 100 Mbs fiber optic connection, remote working is also possible. The well-equipped kitchen has a full set of dishes for 10 people. The cabin has a 50" 4K SmartTV with cable channels and bluetooth speaker and of course wifi connection. The air heat pump keeps the cabin temperatures under control even in the heat. In addition, there is a high chair for the smallest of the family and a locked outdoor storage room for storing equipment.
At the cottage you will find basic supplies:
- hand towels - toilet paper - kitchen towels
- kitchen towels - dishwashing detergents
- disposable napkins for sauna - baking paper,
cling film, foil
During the summer and autumn season, you will find terrace furniture + a top-quality Weber charcoal/briquette grill (Weber Master-Touch GBS Premium E-5775 Charcoal Grill, 57 cm) to grill, roast or smoke your own barbecue delicacies. Bring your own briquettes/coals.
During the winter season, it is possible to add lift tickets to the slopes of Iso-Syöte at an affordable price. We offer two lift tickets for bookings of one week for a total price of 195 e/week. (For shorter bookings 35 e/day). The ticket price is less than 14 euros/day and the ticket can be used by more than one person during the day. (normally the price of an adult day ticket is 46 euros.). Tickets are at the cottage ready in the code box

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The
rental period starts at 4 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12 pm on the day of departure or as agreed. You can rent both sides of the cottage (A and B) to a larger group, with a total of 16 beds. Please note that we do not rent Villa Havu
to parties.
In addition, bed linen can be reserved for 20 e/person without payment or 30 e/person with extra charge.
After each tenant, the cottage is cleaned and the water in the whirlpool is serviced by a property maintenance company. Final cleaning is added to the rental price of 100 e.
Prices include free use of the outdoor hot tub.
