Welcome to spend a relaxing and quality time in the wonderful landscapes of the Syöte. Completed in the summer of 2023, this holiday home in a good location offers a wonderful setting for your holiday. Ski trails and cycling and hiking trails can be accessed directly from the cottage's courtyard. Slopes, lifts and the Syötee Centre are located about 800m from the cottage. Villa Loiste has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, loft, sauna and toilet and washing facilities. In the well-equipped cottage you will find e.g. drying cabinet, air heat pump, basic kitchen utensils, high chair, step washer, washing machine, microwave and TV. There is a separate locked outdoor storage room for hobby equipment. Villa Loiste is non-smoking and pet-free. Bed linen and final cleaning are not included in the rent. The rental period starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 2pm on the day of departure. Possible exemption periods negotiable. Minimum rental period is 2days.
