In a great location at the foot of the Iso-Syöte fell in the heart of the ski resort, a modern and high-quality holiday apartment. Cozy living room and kitchen, where you can stay and play with the group. Large corner sofa and kitchen table for 10 people. Dishes for even the big people.
In the cottage, beds: in the large bedroom downstairs, a luxurious 180cm wide Unibed motor bed; 4 frame-bed beds; a high-quality corner sofa bed with a fair-sized double bed; in the nursery a bunk bed for two children and a folding sofa bed. In addition, a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath.
Sauna (sauna gnome stove) and washroom (with a second toilet). Spacious utility room with two drying cabinets and great storage space for clothes and accessories. The stairs have a child gate at both ends. The greasing room and barbecue hut are at the disposal of tenants. The cabin has camera surveillance in the canopy, the surveillance is on only when the cabin is not.
You can get to the slopes, ski track, toboggan runs and mountain biking from the yard, the shop is also within walking distance. Firewood is included in the rent. Pets are not allowed

During the high season, we rent primarily for full weeks. Christmas, New Year and Epiphany 2023-2024 are already booked. The 2024 ski holiday weeks at a special price 2050e week, weeks 8,9 and 10 are now booked. Many lemur weeks still free to enjoy a spring hangout!
The final cleaning belongs to the tenant, if desired, it can be purchased as an additional service for 170€. It is possible to reserve bed linen according to the contract for 25€/person without payment or 30€/person with extra charge.
