At VillaCasa, you can enjoy all of this! VillaCasa is a high-quality, well-equipped new (3/2022) semi-detached apartment with roofs in beautiful Iso-Syöte landscapes.
VillaCasa has sleeping places for 8 people. Please note that the number of persons indicated at the time of booking must not be exceeded. Two bedrooms are located downstairs (ground floor 66.5 m2), one bedroom with a double bed and the other with separate bed frame beds. In addition, the cottage has a loft (28.5 m2) with 4 separate bed frames. The cottage has a spacious and high living room-kitchen, toilet, bathroom, sauna and utility room, where the second toilet of the cottage is located. The cabin is well equipped and there is a wireless WiFi connection for remote work and an air heat pump to equalize the temperature. Naturally, in the cottage there is also a fireplace for moodiness or sausage roasting. For small guests, the cottage also has a highchair, dishes, a travel cot, a potty, a toilet podium, gates at both ends of the stairs and sleds for winter use. The base of VillaCasa is designed for active users. In the hallway there is a small utility room for storing sports equipment and drying clothes.
The kitchen is well equipped and has household appliances for normal kitchen needs: integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave combination oven, induction hob and, as a specialty, Bora's double level, where you can heat crispy pizzas, Karelian pies, breads and other delicacies. From the kitchen there is access to the spacious utility room, from which access to the washroom and sauna, as well as to the terrace and jacuzzi. Guests can relax in the spacious utility room and on the terrace. For laundry maintenance, VillaCasa has a washing machine, a laundry rack and a drying cabinet. For summer, the large terrace, which opens to the south from the sheltered south, has a table for 6 people, ecoFURN eco-chairs (2 pieces) and a coal/briquette grill. For the barbecue, bring your own coals/briquettes. There is also a 5-person hot tub on the terrace. The use of the pool is included in the rental price of the cottage. The outdoor hot tub is for tenants only. Using the hot tub is easy and safe for the tenant, as the service company ensures the quality of the water before each reservation. The cottage also has a locked outdoor storage room for storing bicycles or skis, as well as the possibility of washing wheels
.Please note that the cabin is located about a meter above the cabin parking lot. Access to the cottage is carried out by stairs. In front of the cottage there are parking spaces for more cars (2-3).

Booking and cancellation terms
If
the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the start of the reservation, the reservation fee will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the start of the reservation and there are no new tenants available, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Payment terms
Half of the rent (booking fee) is paid at the booking stage and the rest a few days before the start of the booking.
