The advance and final payment must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice, before the start of the holiday. Failure to pay is not a cancellation.All comments related to the invoice must be notified within 7 days of the date of the invoice.Cancellations Cancellations A cancellation must always be made in writing or otherwise taking into account the circumstances to Syöteen Mökit Oy in an appropriate manner. RETURN OF PROPERTY KEYS The property key will be handed over to the customer at the key collection point according to the instructions. On the day of the start of the accommodation, a code will be sent via SMS to the key holder. It is the customer's responsibility to check the instructions received on the booking confirmation and act accordingly. If the key of the accommodation is lost, Syöteen Mökit Oy is entitled to charge the costs incurred by the customer (e.g. reserialization of locks and new keys) .STAY AT THE PROPERTY The property is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 16.00 until the day of departure at 12.00. The rental includes the right to use the booked accommodation for the booked time. Normal energy costs, furniture, cooking and dining utensils, cutlery, mattresses, blankets and pillows are included. Other items included in the price are reflected in the destination guide. Please note that accommodation facilities operate on a self-sufficiency basis, so the customer must purchase such items as garbage bags, napkins, toilet and kitchen towels, dish and laundry detergents, etc. for the duration of their accommodation. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental unless otherwise specified in the destination instructions. The client must wear sheets. Bed linen and towels can be booked at an extra cost. The use of sleeping bags is prohibited. The accommodation is handed over to the customer when cleaned. The cleaning of the property during the holiday is handled by the guest himself. The item-specific instructions included with the booking confirmation indicate whether final cleaning is included in the rental price of the booked accommodation. If final cleaning is not included in the price, the guest can arrange the final cleaning of the property himself or he can order a final cleaning for an additional fee. The final cleaning ordered or the final cleaning included in the rental price of the accommodation does not include the washing up of dishes and the export of garbage. In addition, the guest is required to hand over the property from normal living conditions, i.e. furniture and other equipment in place and intact. Number of persons The property may not be used by more than the person indicated on the booking confirmation. The use of tents, motorhomes and caravans for accommodation purposes on the property is prohibited. SMOKING AND PETS Smoking is strictly prohibited at the property! If the property is smoking, we will charge cleaning costs (min. 300€). A pet may only be brought to a property where pets are allowed. Pets must be provided at the time of booking. The customer is obliged to repair the pet's droppings from the yard environment and to compensate for any damage caused to the pet's accommodation or its movable property. Any damage must be reported immediately to Syöteen Mökit Oy. Syöteen Mökit Oy is not responsible for allergies and other problems caused by unauthorized smoking or animal dust to customers. Baths and hot tubs Due to the high consumption of water and firewood, any kind of self-imported or rented bathtubs is prohibited. They cause powdery mildew
DAMAGES
Syöteen Mökit Oy is not liable for damage caused by force majeure or any other unforeseeable cause that could not have been prevented by Syöteen Mökit Oy or the trader used to assist it with the utmost care. Syöteen Mökit Oy must inform the customer of the obstacle without delay and strive to act in such a way that the damage suffered by the customer remains as possible to a small size.
Syöten Mökit Oy is not obliged to compensate the customer for any inconvenience or expenses caused by natural conditions, insects, moles/mice, ants, unexpected weather changes, construction works or structures on neighbouring plots or problems caused by third parties (e.g. interruptions in the water, electricity or TV network)
INCORRECT PRICE INFORMATION Incorrect price information does not bind Syyteen Mökit Oy if the price is so clearly
incorrect that the customer must understand it. This is the case, for example, where the difference between the declared price and the actual price is significantly large or the false price can be considered to be exceptionally low compared to the general price level
