The beach hut is located in a scenic and quiet headland (Pärnäniemi), on the shore of Majutvesi (Päijänne side bay), 3km from the centre of Sysmä. (Cottage address: Oivantie 251, 19700 Sysmä). From the cottage you can row a boat 2km to the boat beach of Sysmä, where there is also a beach terrace with cafe services. Nearest neighbor 50m, from where drinking water tanks are replenished from the water supply network (in the sauna, wash water from the lake with a hand pump). Porch and pier facing west, from which you can admire the fall of the evening sun reflecting beautifully on the surface of the water. More distant on the lake's back can be seen shipping traffic. Good jogging and outdoor recreation areas. Cottage yard area flat grassland and forest terrain (no snakes). During berry picking, you can easily get raspberries, blueberries and lingonberries, for example, as a side dish for dessert. You can also enjoy rhubarb or go on a mushroom trip in the autumn summer. For animal lovers, an opportunity to get to know the landscaping sheep in a nearby pasture. From pets arriving at the cottage, we require calmness, cleanliness and obedience, as well as the important responsibility of the owner. Allowed: pets that are used to traveling with the owner, with a circular structure and a height of up to approx. 40 cm at the withers. We have given up big and purebred dogs because of problems. In the yard there is a swing, a ball grill, as well as a stationary wood-heated grill with utensils. The beach deepens gently and is sanded for friendly swimming. The pier of the cottage (15 meters long) with benches has been renovated in spring 2014. There is a rowing boat on the shore. A small boat can be reached next to the pier. Landing your own boat from Sysmä's boat shore 2 km away. By car you can reach the cottage yard. In the cottage comprehensive equipment with bedding, you only need your own bed linen and personal accessories. Beds for 3 extra bed for 2. Wood-heated sauna and dressing room in the same building, access from the porch. Clean outdoor toilet with hand washing possibilities in connection with the annex building. Seasonal Pricing.
