Kaunis kangasmaasto, autolla pihaan. Soutuvene käytettävissä. Tupa, sauna,ph ja terassi. Aitta terassilla. Hyvät marja / sienestysmaastot. Rauhallinen paikka etelärinteessä. Ledtv, radio, imuri, mikroaaltouuni, kaasugrilli yms. Kylpytynnyrin ja combikodan käyttö+160€ viikko (hotbath +160€ / week / weekend) Sauna uusittu ja uusi lisäterassi rantaan kylpypaljulla toukokuussa 2013. Mökille valmistunut kesäkuussa 2014 erillinen iso Combikota 8 hengen saunalla Lapinleimun grillipöytineen. Lisäksi Combikodan ympärillä on iso kiertävä terassi järvinäköalalla. Mökille vaihdettu 3000w aurinkovoimala kevään 2014 aikana. Kaikki sähkölaitteet toimivat normaalisti. Tuplattu aurinkopaneliteho 1000w 2016. Akusto uusittu huhtikuussa 2021, 920 Ah yhteisteho, eli riittää mainiosti myös sateisina päivinä. Huom. Ruskamökillä ei ole juomavesikaivoa !

Booking terms and conditions

Booking and cancellation terms

Cancellations less than 40 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

Cancellations occurring more than 40 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the booking price, i.e. 75% refundable.

Cabin bookings are handled via the booking calendar. Belju and compikota can be confirmed separately after booking the cottage for an additional price of 160€
Payment terms

14 days net. Or upon agreement 25% when booking and the remaining 40 days before arrival

Delays and compensations

Pets must be agreed separately in writing, e.g. by spost. Maximum number of persons 5

Damages and deposits

The main tenant of the cottage (the client who received the invoice) is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property and movable property.
Insurance and own risks

The cabin has normal insurance policies. Minimum deductible 500€
