Welcome to a comfortable and spacious 58 m2 alpine apartment in a quiet location, yet close to the slopes and Tahko's services!
The apartment has a spacious living room and an open kitchen connected to it, two bedrooms with two 80 cm beds each, a bathroom, a sauna and a separate toilet. Lots of closet space in the bedrooms for storing luggage.
The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a 160 cm wide extra bed. A spacious balcony with a view of the Huutavanholma nature reserve and Lake Syvärinjärvi.
The Tahkolahti public beach is less than a kilometer away. A lighted ski slope and hiking trails run right next to the holiday home. The yard area has a children's swing and a sandbox. Fast wireless wifi and a computer station in the master bedroom also enable remote work and vacation to be combined.
Downstairs, a ski maintenance room and a hobby room with a small electric arena and a ping-pong table (bring your own equipment) for shared use by the residents. At your own risk, you can store e.g. a paddle board or bicycles in the space, which are easy to bring inside directly from the bottom door.
Covered (height 2.20 m) carport with electric plug, where you can also slowly charge (8 A) electric cars. The apartment is accessed via a footbridge without stairs, which allows the car to be on the same level near the door for unloading/loading luggage.
A carefully maintained and equipped destination - not only for youth groups consisting of under 30s.
