A large balcony has a view to Huutavanholma nature reserve. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, another separate toilet and a smaller balcony.
The kitchen and sauna have been renovated in January 2023. Every bedroom has two separate beds with spring mattresses.
The public beach is less than a kilometer away. Skiing tracks and hiking trails are located next to the holiday home. In the yard area there is a children's swing and a sandbox for the common use of the residents.
