As A alakerrassa oleskelu/nukkumatila (2 sänkyä ja sohva), sauna (sähkökiuas), infrasauna, hierontatuolit, pesutilat ja wc (pesukone). Yläkerrassa tupakeittiö ja makuuhuone (parisänky ja lasten sänky), wc/suihku. Lisäksi parvi (3 sänkyä). As B tupakeittiö (vuodesohva), makuuhuone (parivuode), parvi (2 sänkyä ja lisävuode), kylpyhuone (pesukone), sauna (sähkökiuas) ja WC. Molempiin asuntoihin kuuluu iso terassi, jotka voidaan myös yhdistää. Lisämaksua vastaan käytettävissä ulkoporeamme (150 €) ja liinavaatteet (20 €/ setti). Tässä ilmoituksessa näkyvät hinnat koskevat isompaa asuntoa A (As B hinnat -30%). Asunnon A perushintaan sisältyy vuokra 6 henkilölle (As B 4 henkilölle) sekä loppusiivous. Lisähenkilöistä maksu 25 €/hlö/vrk. Minimivarausaika 2vrk, paitsi joulu- ja hiihtolomilla sekä Pääsiäisenä ja Juhannuksena 4 vrk. Lemmikkieläimistä sovitaan tapauskohtaisesti (lisämaksu 50 €). Booking and cancellation terms
The guest who has booked the accommodation must be a person of legal age who, by confirming the booking, agrees to be responsible for the use of the accommodation in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Reservation-related changes and cancellations must be made in writing. The booking fee is non-refundable. In addition, for cancellation made less than 30 days before the start of the reservation, the amount paid for the accommodation will not be refunded, unless the apartment is rented to another customer who receives an amount equivalent to the payment.
Theowner of the property has the right to cancel the reservation if the reservation has not been paid in accordance with the payment terms. In addition, the owner can cancel the reservation in case of force majeure. In this case, the customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full.

Payment terms
The reservation is confirmed by paying a booking fee of 20% of the price of the accommodation. If the reservation is not confirmed by payment of the reservation fee, the reservation will be automatically canceled after two business days (for sudden departures after one day)
.The remaining 80% of the price of the accommodation must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the reservation. If the reservation begins less than 30 days at the time of booking, the full amount must be paid at once

Delays and compensations
After paying for the reservation, the customer will be sent the code of the key box located next to the front door of the apartment.
The client will have access to the holiday home on the day of arrival (the start date of the reservation) at 4 pm and the apartment will be handed over by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. The customer has one key available, which can be found in the keybox.
The agreed number of persons must not be exceeded. Additional guests will be charged an additional fee and must leave upon request.
Nosmoking is allowed inside the apartment, and pets are not allowed to be brought into the apartment or organize parties without prior agreement. Night peace is normally from 11pm to 7am, when there should be no extra noise from the apartment. (Normal life is allowed as long as the volume level is reasonable.)
Guests can use the outdoor hot tub located below the rear terrace for an additional fee. If both apartments are rented, you can use the tub for an hour at a time per apartment. Before going to the bath, wash thoroughly. The lid of the tub must be closed after each use.
Guests can use the bed linen provided in the apartment for an additional fee.
When leaving, the key is requested to be left in the key box. Garbage is asked to be put in a garbage container and wash dirty dishes (can be left in the machine). If furniture/equipment has been moved, it must be returned
to its place. -
Damages and deposits
Any comments regarding the booking contract/invoice will be requested prior to confirmation of the booking and any comments related to the accommodation during the arrival date.
The client is obliged to take care of the keys to the apartment during his vacation. In the event of a lost key, the customer will be charged the actual cost of replacing
the lock.The costs of soiling due to abnormal use of the outdoor hot tub will be charged according to the time spent cleaning (35 €/h + VAT).
For maintenance/repair caused by the normal use of the movable goods, or the transfer of goods to their place, will be charged according to the time spent on them (35 €/h + VAT).
Lost linen and other equipment will be charged according to the new equivalent purchase price.

Insurance and own risks
The customer is liable for damages caused to the accommodation (holiday home or movable property), insofar as the property's insurance does not cover.
