VILLENKUJA 5B (3 mh rantahuvila)
* In the wintertime the price includes one unlimited ski pass for the slopes. You will get the pass on the day of arrival at 12 pm. The ski lifts are located about 150 meters away across the ice and the ski tracks are just next to the holiday home.
* In the summertime our customers are welcome to use Puustilas private and child-friendly beach just next to the holiday home. There are also rowing boats and life jackets on the beach. We provide also affordable green fees for the golfers.
Villenkuja 5 B is a high-class duplex villa in the heart of Tahko on the sunny beach of Tahkolahti. This side of the duplex is an excellent choice of a holiday home for families or for a smaller groups, and due to the location it’s perfect for winter sport lovers. More room for accommodation is available in Villenkuja 5 A when there’s room altogether even for 23 persons.
The holiday home has three bedrooms, one of them upstairs and two downstairs. There are single beds and wardrobes in each bedroom. The sofabeds in the living room upstairs and in the fireplace room downstairs work as extra beds. The well-equipped kitchen upstairs has a dining table for 8 persons and a large tableware. There’s a TV, a stereosystem and a sofa in the spacious and bright living room. From the living room there’s an access to the terrace where you can admire the amazing scenery to the lake and Tahko ski slopes. During the summertime it’s possible to barbeque on the terrace.
The sauna area with a fireplace room and a changing room is downstairs. In the fireplace room there’s a TV, a sofa and a fridge to keep the beverages chilled. From the fireplace room there’s an access to the other terrace where from goes a path to the own beach. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a cabinet dryer downstairs.
Additional details and good to know:
A deposit of 250 euros will be charged from the customer who is under 25 years old or is not a permanent resident in Finland. The deposit will be paid by cash in Puustila office upon arrival. After the holiday home has been checked and approved the deposit will be refunded to the customer. However the deposit will not be charged if the customer has ordered the end of stay -cleaning.
