FURNISHED HONKARAKENNE LOG CABIN (31,5m2) WITH ITS OWN SEASIDE PLOT (approx. 2300m2, coastline approx. 35m), with an overnight cottage in the yard (9m2). From the archipelago ring road approx. 3 km.
Thelog cabin (=main cottage) has a fireplace room, a dining room, a bedroom and a kitchenette without intermediate doors and a wood-burning sauna at a different entrance. In the main cabin there are beds for four: two lower beds that expand into double beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the fireplace room. The cabin has beds for three: bunk beds (adult size), a separate bed (youth size) and an additional sofa for two (suitable for a small child to sleep in, i.e. 8th bed).
The beach (own shoreline approx. 35m) is gradually deepening, partly sandy and hard-bottomed.
ACCESSORIES: electric radiators and open fireplace, 2-plate electric stove with oven, kitchenette sink, ice-freezer cabinet, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, dining and cooking utensils; mattresses, blankets and pillows for 7; flat screen TV, radio/cd player; vacuum cleaner; 2 adult flotation vests and a rowing boat; a ball grill and a campfire place surrounded by stones.
BOREHOLE with electric pump (approx. 50m away), from which water (economical) can be diverted by hose next to the cottage. In the frost season, water is retrieved from the well. New (built in 2023) borehole on the same plot (water still untested). It has a traditional hand pump suitable for cottage life, so blackouts do not hurt. If necessary, you can also use the neighboring cottage
.In winter, the price includes only the main cabin, in addition to the weather reservation.
The outhouse.
Electricity, firewood and water are included in the price, as is the use of the fishing area and the rowing boat.
PETS ALLOWED.
The tenant takes care of FINAL CLEANING before departure or cleaning ordered 60-120, -€. Preferably own bed linen in use or when arranged for rent 15, - €/set, 1-5, -€/piece. Only 1-day rentals are also possible in summer.
On the plot from 2020, a place for landing boats for smaller boats (with a steep ascent and during low water may not be possible).
