TAIVASSALU ON OWN SEASIDE PLOT (approx. 2700m2, coastline approx. 40m), approx. 20 meters from the beach, furnished cottage with sauna (49m2) with fireplace room, 2 sleeping rooms, kitchenette (completely renovated 4/2023, see photos) and wood-burning sauna (new heater 8/2023) + dressing room.
FURNISHED with induction cooker, ice- freezer cabinet, Yankee cabinet, microwave, coffee and kettle, toaster, cooking and dining utensils; tv and cd player/radio; vacuum cleaner; ball grill and stone fireplace and outdoor furniture.
In one dormitory there is a 120 cm wide frame mattress bed, in the other a folding wooden sofa and in the fireplace room a sofa bed with a spreading bed, in addition to one spare bed. Pillows and blankets for 6. Electric radiators and open fireplace
.The outhouse
Water from a well with an electric pump can be led by a hose to the cottage. In case of frost, search from a well, a distance of approx. 30m or 100m, with domestic water.
Preferably at least 2 days rental.
Use of the rowing boat and fishing area is included in the rent, as are firewood, electricity and water.
PETS are allowed.
BED LINEN preferably with you, available for rent 15, -€/set or 1-5€/piece.
Alternative: Log cabin with sauna (31,5m2) + overnight cabin (9m2) for rent on the adjacent plot. If the group is too big for one cottage, you can book two places at the same time (nettimokki.com) or Saaristo Grandma (car road to the destination), i.e. the old main building of the archipelago farm os. Pyniläntie 29, which sleeps up to 12 (includes 3 children's beds) and rates are based on the number of people
.The tenant takes care of the final cleaning, that is, the cottage is at least as clean as it was when he arrived. If cleaning is neglected, you will be billed separately. Final cleaning ordered 60-120 €, giving the cottage at 12 noon, normally at 2 pm.
