This destination is a very unique, high-quality and peaceful ensemble for spending your holiday. The facilities are on the level of a modern detached house and the place has been designed and implemented for year-round use. Let's start with the main building:
The
villa was completed in autumn 2022. The building is made of solid logs from Kontio and has an area of 110m2. The layout is very functional, for example, for use by two generations or a family, because in the middle of the building there is a glazed terrace and on one side a living kitchen and two bedrooms and on the other side a sauna section with one bedroom. The kitchen-living room is a uniform space of about 50m2, which can accommodate a group of 8 people just fine. The island kitchen has high-quality Miele and Siemens appliances and the kitchen has all the equipment that needs to be in the kitchen of a new house. On the bigger side there are actually two bedrooms, both with double beds and one with a children's bed (less than 140cm). From the kitchen there is access to the sea-side terrace, where you can find a sofa set, barbecue and a large dining table.
On the side of the sauna there are magnificent views, as well as a sauna with steam, a bathroom, a separate toilet with a burning toilet and one bedroom. In addition to the double bed, the bedroom on the side of the sauna has a bunk bed with a lower bed 140cm wide and the upper bed 80cm wide.
All materials selected are stylish and of high quality. The floor is either tile or moisture-resistant vinyl composite throughout. The villa has underfloor heating (throughout) and on the bigger side, in addition, an air heat pump mainly for cooling. The large windows offer a bewilderingly fine and spacious view of the sea in the direction of the south. The outdoor terrace and sauna are
equipped with a high-quality Sonos audio system.
In connection with the main building there is a terrace of about 150m2 and the stairs lead to the beach, where there is an additional terrace and Novitek outdoor hot tub. In addition to the main house, this private, 3.3-acre island has an outhouse, a wooden altar and, at the western end of the island, a magnificent lean-to serving the evening sun, where you can fry sausages. Naturally, the villa is electrified, but in addition to that, the island has its own borehole. The Veneranta parking lot is about 3 km away, which can be folded by boat in just over five minutes. The cottage is in your own island, which is not accessible by car, but transportation is always included in the
price and service if necessary.
You can arrive here by your own boat or a transfer can be arranged flexibly.
This ensemble is suitable for a family, two families, a business group or a stag party. I can also offer activities such as boat rides further afield as well as catering services. The rental price includes bed linen, final cleaning and transportation to the island.
