This is what you have been looking for: a magnificent log villa and a beach sauna with great views of the lake! The villa for 6 people is decorated with high quality and good taste. The main building has an electric sauna and two showers. In the summertime, there is a beach sauna with a wood-burning stove. High-speed internet access, a large terrace and a well-equipped winter cottage make your holiday comfortable at any time of the year. The rent includes firewood and final cleaning.
We will add a linen fee to the price of the reservation according to the number of persons, unless you have added it at the time of booking. It is not possible to bring your own linen

Awell-equipped villa on the shores of Längelmävesi is a spacious and bright holiday spot for even more demanding tastes. The villa has an electric sauna and a separate beach sauna on the beach, where you can enjoy the steam from the wood stove in summer. On the large terrace of the villa you will admire the view and bask in the day. Here you will enjoy casual lounging, barbecuing, swimming and fishing. You can also go hiking, mushroom picking and berry picking in the surrounding area or in Isojärvi National Park. The Himos ski resort and golf course 40 km away offer additional sports opportunities.
GENERAL EQUIPMENT OF THE VILLA
The110 m2 villa is equipped with modern appliances and amenities. The villa has electric heating and superfast internet access with fibre optic. You can vacation here at any time of the year: in winter the villa is warm, and in summer it is
pleasantly quiet.BEDROOMS
Thevilla has three comfortable double bedrooms. As an extra bed, the sauna comes with a double sofa bed.
KITCHEN AND HOME IMPROVEMENT
In addition tobasic household appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave), there is a dishwasher and a freezer in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has dishes and cooking utensils for 8 people. The villa also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which add comfort to your holiday.
SAUNA, SHOWER AND TOILET
Thevilla has a fast-heating electric sauna, 2 showers and a separate indoor toilet. On the beach there is a beach sauna with a wood-burning stove and a water boiler. The beach sauna is open between May and September. From its own pier it is nice to take
a dip and swim.YARD AND BEACH On the large terrace of the villa it is wonderful to bask in the sun and dine with the whole group. In May-September you can grill on the gas grill on the terrace. There is also a barbecue hut in the courtyard where you can sit for the evening. You can go fishing or rowing on a rowing boat on the shore. If you wish, we will supply you with boat vests — please tell us the sizes
you need in advance.FISHING
If you want to fish, you need a government fishery fee. You can also rent a silent electric outboard motor from us for 15 euros per day.

Pets are not allowed in our property.

Booking and cancellation terms
The person making the reservation (Customer) must be at least 20 years old. The reservation is confirmed when the Customer has paid the 1st installment by the due date. Unless the rental has been completed by the due date recorded on the invoice, the Renter has the right to cancel the booking.

In the event of force majeure; fire, water damage, or other compelling reasons, Salkolahden Holiday Cottages has the right to terminate the contract. In this case, Salkolahden Holiday Cottages is obliged to inform the Customer of this without delay and the Customer has the right to get the rent paid back in full. In this case, the Renter also has the right to present an alternative accommodation if the Customer agrees toIf the Customer has to cancel the reservation, the Customer must be notified immediately after the obstacle arises. If the cancellation occurs more than a month before the agreed rental date, the reservation fee will be withheld. If the cancellation is made later than one month before the start of the holiday, the entire rental fee will be charged. The cancellation is deemed to have occurred at the moment when the notice of cancellation has been received by the Renter.

Payment terms
The
rental of the cottage is charged in two installments, the first installment, booking fee (10%, min 100 Eur), due 2 weeks after booking, the final rent is due 3 weeks before the start of the holiday. Payment will be made in one instalment if the due dates
overlap. -
Delays and compensations
The rent includes a cottage with equipment, cutlery, cutlery, electricity and firewood. The cabins have pillows, blankets and mattresses. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, they must always be ordered as an additional service. Bed linen must be used in all beds. Sleeping bags should not be used.
Final cleaning is included in the total rental price.
Smoking is prohibited indoors.
At the cottage, one should behave in accordance with the general good manners, without causing excessive disturbance.

When making a reservation, you must agree on the number of persons, if your cottage is visited by people who have not been agreed upon at the time of booking, this must be agreed with the renter. The use of a motorhome or caravan is subject to a permit.

Damages and deposits
The cottage, its equipment and facilities, are the responsibility of the client during the rental. Any damage and defects detected must be promptly notified to the Renter. The total liability of the landlord is always
up to the maximum amount of the rent paid. -
Insurance and own risks
Real estate and movable property are insured. In case of damage, the customer's deductible is €100. If the damage is not covered by the insurance, the customer is fully responsible
for it. -
