A peaceful and idyllic place in the quiet of the countryside in Kanta-Häme in Tammela, near Lake Kuivajärvi. For nature tourists, Saari Folk Park with its beaches, Iso, -Pikku Melkuttie excursion area, Torronsuo and Liesjärvi National Parks and Eerikkilä Sports College all less than 30 min drive away. Distances: Forssa 18 km Hämeenlinna 49 km Turku 107 km Helsinki 115 km Tampere 101 km Cottage and sauna cabin are both winter habitable. The cottage has a large courtyard, where you can play yard games, frisbee, croquet, badminton and darts. The sauna has both a wood and an electric stove and a hot water shower.The sauna cabin has 2 beds and a swimming pool with a swimming pool, in winter there is an opportunity for avantswimming. Rental of a barn (8-10 persons) is possible according to the agreement. Private beach in use with a wide grass field on the shore of Lake Kuivajärvi approx. 450 m walk away, which can also be reached by car.The beach is a gently deepening sandy beach. Rowing boat free to use and in addition a motor boat (15 hp) available for rent according to contract, fishing in Kuiva-Pyhäjärvi. Possibility to land your own boat from the trailer. Cabin equipment level: internal toilet, shower, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, TV. Electric, wood, as well as gas grill. Own bed linen, pets according to contract. No smoking indoors. The tenant does the final cleaning. Basic weekly rent 700 euros. Basic weekend rent (Fri-Sun) 350 euros. Additional days 100 euros. Mid-season weekly rent 800 euros. High season weekend rental (Fri-Sun) 500 euros.. Extra days 120 euros. BOOKING CONDITIONS: The reservation is confirmed by a reservation fee equal to half of the total rental price which is non-refundable. The paid booking fee can be used at a new date. The final payment and the rental fee for a full barnyard will be made before the start of the rental period, and any cancellation of the reservation must be made 14 days before the due date of the
final payment.
