detached house in Finnish heritage, surrounded by fields, completed in 1997 and completely renovated in 2016. 2 bedrooms, oh, k, s, ph, toilet, dressing room, curated. The larger bedroom (17 m”) has a 180 cm wide double bed, separate walk-in closet and bunk bed. The smaller bedroom has two 80 cm beds. Living room with fireplace, air heat pump, pool table, table football game, sofa set and flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, full-height refrigerator and separate freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, as well as a generous set of dishes. The water comes from a borehole. Wi-Fi 4G connection. Sauna wood-burning. Firewood is included in the price. In the large garden courtyard in summer time, two groups of tables (one in the pavilion canopy), a garden swing and a brick grill. A large mason jar can be found in storage. Walk across the field along the path to the shore about 70 m. On the eastern shore of Lake Löytänjärvi, the bottom is sand driven from about 3 m, followed by a hard clay bottom with a soft layer on top. On the shore a pier with a ladder at the end. There is also a boat on the shore to reach the fishy Lake Löytänjärvi. The sun shines on the shore starting in the afternoon and the day ends at sunset behind the lake. The beach is reserved for the use of Lepokallio guests, there is no communal beach and sun loungers are available on the beach. Pets are also welcome at Lepokallio. You can get to the yard by car. Rented to families only. Weeks 25-31 are rented on a weekly basis and the exchange date is Monday. Other times it is possible to rent weekends etc.
