Summer cottage on the eastern shore of Lake Löytänänjärvi. The sun shines both on the beach and on the terrace from the afternoon and the day ends at sunset behind the lake. Löytänjärvi is the 6th largest lake in Tampere. The cottage has a bedroom (double bed, renovated 2023), living-kitchen, toilet and shower. The beach sauna is located on the beach, where stairs lead (approx. 10 m long). Rantasauna completed by summer 2023. Water to the sauna is carried from the lake about 10 m away. Soft-bottomed beach, but at the end of the pier with a ladder and an average of 1.5m of water meaning direct access to swimming. A rowing boat and life jackets are also in use. Due to the difference in height, Leporanta is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The living kitchen has a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and crockery. There is also a fold-out sofa bed and a smart TV. Heated by electric heating and a brick storage fireplace, which was renovated in 2025. An air conditioner can also be found, which keeps the cabin cool in the heat. Firewood is included in the price. The terrace opens to the west. On the terrace dining table and chairs. In the yard, a brick grill, a ball grill and a large masonry pan. The water comes from a borehole. Wi-Fi 4G connection enabled. Pets are also welcome in Leporanta. This is best when there are 2 guests, but a maximum of 3 people can stay. You can get to the yard by car. A quiet place where you can relax while listening to the singing of birds. Good berry growing and mushroom fields nearby. Numerous hiking destinations within a radius of 30-50 km and the Murolee Canal 16 km. June, July and August are sold on a weekly basis, at other times shorter and vkl bookings are also possible.
