On the lake side there is a terrace the length of the building, which expands the living area to 94 m2 in summer. Patio furniture and barbecue facilities are available on the terrace.
The cottage has 4 beds (in the bedrooms a double bed of 180 cm and two beds of 90 cm), in addition, in the living room there is a sofa bed (bed size 140x190cm).
In the kitchen, induction hob and convection oven, powerful cooker hood, integrated microwave, freezer cabinet, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery for 6 people.
Moisture is effectively removed from the bathroom with the help of underfloor heating and a top vacuum cleaner.
TVs (2pcs), one in the living room and the other in the smaller bedroom. Board games and yard games are also available at the cottage

Booking and cancellation termsIf the lessee cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the rent paid will be refunded. If the lessee cancels at least 7 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent paid will be refunded. After that, the canceled reservation will not be refunded at all.
If the lessor cancels the confirmed reservation, the rent paid will be refunded. -
Payment termsThe lessee confirms his reservation by paying the rent. Payment can be made in two installments by first paying 20% of the booking fee at the time of booking. The full rental amount must be paid by the end of the cancellation period.
