We rent a cozy, newly renovated holiday apartment in Tutjunniemi in Liperi on the beach of Pyhäselä. This well-equipped cottage has 90 m2: unified kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, toilet, shower and electric sauna. Beds for six, downstairs bedroom with double bed, upstairs two 120 cm Yankee beds, Martela electric table and a work chair, in the living room a sofa bed for two. Equipped with mechanical exhaust ventilation and air heat pump Sauna hut has a large wooden sauna and dressing rooms. Dining group for 6 people on the terrace. Grilling can be done on the campfire, in the open fireplace of the sauna cabin with a masonry bottom pan or with a 3+1 bulb gas grill, there is also an electric smoker. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, stove with convection oven, fridge freezer, electric kettle, hand blender, electric mixer, Pizza Pronto OBH Nordica, toaster, dishwasher, tableware for 12 people and all cooking utensils. The cottage also has a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. Child-friendly sandy beach, deeper at the pier. Rowing boat available, possible to rent sup-board 80eur/week, 6-person outdoor hot tub 200eur/week, electric outboard 100eur/wk. If you wish, you can clean the cabin yourself in the same condition as it was when you arrived or book a cleaning service in advance (80 eur). If necessary, bed linen and towels 20 EUR/person, extra charge 25 EUR/person. In high season (1 June - 25 August) only weekly rental. Exchange date Saturday. June 750 eur /week, Midsummer week 1200 eur, July 850eur/week, August 850eur/week. In the off-season, you can ask about shorter rental times by calling or by sending a message from the online cottage. Example prices, use of the pool is included in the price, max 6 people. During the week the minimum rental period is 1 night price 200€, includes use of the pool. At the weekend, the minimum rental period is 2 nights, the price of 480€ includes the use of the pool. General holiday weeks such as autumn holiday/ski holidays, as well as holidays are priced separately. Reservation: When booking, we charge a reservation fee of 20%, the final payment is no later than 1 month before the start of the rental. If it is less than a month from the beginning of the reservation, the full amount will be paid at once. Cancellation: 20% non-refundable booking fee. If the reservation is canceled less than one month before the start of the rental, the payments made will not be refunded.
