Villa Anna and Villa Kaisa invite you to relax in the Tuul of Good Wind, regardless of the season. Our well-equipped cottages are located on the shores of Lake Suolijärvi in Kanta-Häme. Our holiday villas, which were completed in May 2005, are suitable as a venue for meetings, birthdays and evenings in addition to traditional holidays. Mushroom and berry fields can be found in the vicinity of the cottage. The shallow sandy beach opening to the south is also home to a rowing boat for fishmongers. Our cabins are mirror images of each other and are located next to each other. In between there is a small forest as a sight shelter and a storage building in common use. The courtyard of Villa Anna is larger and more open, Villa Kaisan is a little more sheltered. Both cottages have a child-friendly, shallow sandy beach. The beaches are mowed a couple of times a year and more sand is driven every year. Since spring 2019, Villa Kaisa is also allowed for pets! We strive to keep Villa Annan a comfortable place for people with allergies. In winter, if the weather is favorable, the lake has a ski track made in the spirit of talko and an awesome skating track around the lake. Welcome to enjoy and relax! Delays and compensations
When it comes to
final cleaning, we have a few conditions. The customer must take all the cans and garbage they bring with them when they leave. The furniture must be in place and the cabin must not be left behind by an “explosion”. If pets are involved, the customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused by the pet. If the cottage has a mess different from the usual partying or living, the landlord has the right to charge the customer a cleaning supplement of 50e/h, but at least 100e for the inconvenience caused by the mess.
