Saunaniemi's large (176 m2) and comfortable holiday home was originally completed in 2006. This property was completely renovated from the interior in 2024 and accommodates 8 people
.The holiday home has a large spacious living room with lake views. On cold winter days, the oven provides warmth and ambience, and if you're looking for entertainment, Wifi is at your disposal and LG's Smart TV has something for everyone to watch. From the living room there is access to a glazed terrace where you can barbecue and set the table in any weather.
Thereare three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (160cm and 180cm) and one bedroom has a double bed (160cm), which you can separate if necessary. In addition, a spreading sofa (120 cm) can be found in the fireplace room. Our most optimal holiday home is for 6 guests. For the smallest guests, we will provide you with a travel cot with bed linen
on request.The kitchen is comprehensively and modernly equipped and the appliances have been renewed during the renovation. During a culinary holiday, you can admire the lake scenery. In the fireplace room it is nice to relax by the fire and fry even sausages. From the fireplace room you can access the glazed back terrace, where you can relax while admiring the lake view in wicker chairs or on a sofa. It's nice to sit here for the evening with family or friends!
You can experience the relaxing steam of the sauna in front of the large landscape window and then cool off under the rain shower. The bathroom has the holiday home's second toilet, separated by a frosted glass sliding door. Another separate toilet is located adjacent to the lobby area. For longer stays, the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Storage space can be found in the hallway, in the large mirror cabinets in the lobby and in the wardrobes in the bedrooms
. In thecourtyard there is also a wood-burning beach sauna and a sleeping shed (2 persons), which are used in summer. Tap water and electricity will be supplied to the beach sauna. On the shore there is a pier from which you can jump. There is a shallower sandy beach by the boathouse for smaller swimmers
.Equipment: Electricity, hot and cold water, air heat pump, WiFi, geothermal heating, storage fireplace and baking oven, shower x 2, LG Smart TV, CD player, fridge x 2 and freezer, microwave oven, electric hob, dishwasher, moccamaster, washing machine and dryer, tableware for 12 people, mobile gas grill, high chair and travel cot. Rowing boat + life jackets, campfire place and sun loungers 4 pcs are available to tenants. In addition, there are toys for young children and traditional yard games such as boulkky, petanque, croquet and dart board
.The nearest shops are located about 17 km from the centre of Kaavi and about 12 km from the centre of Tuusniemi. The Seinävuori ravine valley is about 20 minutes away by car.
Linen/towels and final cleaning are not included in the rent. You can order these if you wish or bring your own linen with you and do the final cleaning yourself according to our instructions. Linen/towels 12 eur/person and final cleaning 120 eur. Prices are for max. 8 persons.
