This one-level summer cottage for winter living is not necessarily trendy. In a cozy cottage there is nothing to repairwhat is not broken, but the functionality above is gone. The shower and toilet are in the same space (swivel shower wall) and there are two access openings: the entrance hall and the summer sausage. Everything works, even if it's not luxurious. Bug seekers can continue their search for a suitable cabin: here you do not need a magnifying glass to find a soot stain on the sofa from which you can fry sausages in the fireplace. Also, the kitchen sink is original and plastic. The living room kitchen air heat pump will heat up if the fireplace that charges it isn't your thing
.From the terrace, which goes around the cottage, you can follow the washing of the scribble or listen to the sound of the tea from the neighboring salt. On this terrace you can have coffee, barbecue or watch over swimmers. If you find fresh herbs in your front yard in late summer, you'll be surprised to grab your dose! There is always salt on arrival on behalf of the house and the dishes do not run out. The narrow dishwasher does its job almost silently. The refrigerator has a separate freezer compartment with a door. How about some late night dvd flick from the holiday library? Or with a “house paperback” on a reading chair or bed?
Tolku has two actual bedrooms (one with a double bed) and in the living room kitchen, Stokke Sleepi Junior for play/primary school age (height and weight limited) is the seventh (child) bed in the cottage. In the third (summer) bedroom/dressing room there is also a full-size bunk bed (80 x 200) for two, e.g. older school age. They can fit even adults to sleep off their fatigue, if the back holds up and is not the size of a basketball player. However, the gulls, the singing swans and the porcupines hope that the most dreamy ones in your party will be accommodated here: through the front door you can hear the wonderful horrible nature (and maybe not in this sausage again in October).
Here you can sort all the waste as it should. The sauna has a small and atmospheric wood stove that heats up quickly. On the other hand: this fireplace has its own (slightly shorter) flaps, so you should also go to the sauna when the heat is ideally 70 degrees. You can go to the yard in a nativity suit even in a small rain, but of course you can also swim from the modest pier. A small rowing boat is at your disposal in the summer. We expect all rights to be taken for granted to all Tolku overnight guests. Opposite there may be cottage owners, but the wood gives visual protection. The courtyard lights of the neighbouring property just glisten out of the sauna window during the leafless hours, so it's good to be someone with an interpreter from midnight onwards. So do those neighbors
.Tolku's rental price always includes bed linen for a maximum of four adults in the actual accommodation. Junk duvets and pillows with sheets to be arranged separately: the daily rate does not affect whether one or more overnight linen is not affected). The third summer sausage is allowed to stay overnight in your own sleeping bag or similar and with your own pillow.
Diaper-changing tray, high chair for children, potty and BB reducer for toilet available upon request (podium stool is standard in bathroom).
In theyard there is a tree house for children, a small garden table, chairs and a sunbed, so the furniture is for a small group. From the barbecue on the terrace you can see the direction of the pier. There are a few lifejackets for children, sizes, quantities and fit otherwise we cannot guarantee. It is worth asking in advance!
Tolku's cottage is also suitable for disabled people and strollers by reservation. Sills and doorways are plain, but the terrace can be accessed via a ramp and the bathroom has a railing in conjunction with the toilet seat.
Tolku it is convenient to stay overnight even on the way north or back (VT4 approx. 20 km). It is suitable as a base for those exploring the local area or for an overnight stay before Friday's Palsanmäki auction. From Aki and Heli, Tolku is just a quarter of a mile away, and a grocery store is conveniently located along the way. Sometimes the sauna and fireplace can be just ready to scratch a match. Great place even for those traveling with grandchildren who want to visit a little “there, here and there”. Your hybrid model of leisure, activities, events and even shopping can be arranged according to the preferences of your own party, but we are also happy to give you tips for a budget trip: there is a lot of everything already within a reasonable 30 km radius! On top of that, Tuurin Village Shops, Power Parks and your other day trips are 200 kilometers in the direction. Tampere and Särkänniemi are actually
even a little closer:)Welcome to Tolkku!
