The cottage is located in the rocky Kopsuonlahti Bay in South Päijänne in its own cove. The place is very calm and beautiful, the water clear and clean. The plot is wooded, the beach is partly shallow and sandy, partly steep, with a depth of 22 m in the bay.

distance to the cottage is about 25 km from Lahti, 125 km from Helsinki and 10 km from Vääksy. From the cottage to Vesivehmaa Airport 6 km and Jenkkapirti 5.5 km

The cottage has about 60 m2; 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (160x200) and the other with 2 single beds (80x200), kitchenette (stove, mini-oven, microwave, coffee and electric kettles, refrigerator with small freezer.) The Olo dining room is spacious and has an open fireplace. The cabin has electricity. Water is supplied from the lake or from a spring located on the property, drinking water is supplied with it, water is heated in the sauna cauldron.

The traditional beach sauna is right on the shoreline and there is a campfire place on the beach. The cabin owner also has a boat, life jackets for 2 adults and 1 child. A composting dry toilet is located near the cottage.
