A modern mini-villa completed in 2024, exuding maritime elegance and the deep tranquility of the forest. Accessible by car, 2 hours from Helsinki and 1 hour from Turku. The cabin sleeps 4 people, and the same number can bathe in the flickering flames of the panoramic sauna.
The generous windows and large terrace offer views of pure nature, including occasional sea eagles and deer. The Archipelago Sea glistens behind the forest view, and it's about 400 meters walk to the coastline, hosting a shared dock. The area is one of the most valued fishing waters in our country (ask about the 20hp rental boat if needed, which can be used for fishing as well as trips to the village store or archipelago restaurants). Nearby, you'll find excellent hiking or cycling routes, as well as renowned national parks and Västanfjärd, which has been chosen as the Village of the Year. Tennis, padel, and golf are also not far away.
This cottage has been intentionally kept quite minimalist and natural in spirit, although certain modern comforts have been built in: including electricity, heating, water faucets (in kitchen, bathroom and sauna, bathing in sauna with a bucket, no shower), a normal indoor toilet, and in the kitchen, an induction stove, convection oven, range hood, toaster, coffee press, and sufficient tableware. With a small additional fee, you can also use a full gas BBQ outside. The cabin has a bunk bed separated from the rest of the room by a curtain, as well as a sofa bed that easily opens into a generously sized double bed. Unless otherwise agreed, the renter brings their own linens.
Villa Örnvinge is perfect for nature-loving couples or individuals, small families or groups of friends, fishing expeditions, remote workers (your mobile internet should handle video calls from here), creative professionals, or other quiet groups of up to four people.
