A huge arched window opens the landscape to the lake. When you look at the landscape, you get a taste of cooking in the bright and well-equipped living kitchen. The wood sauna is already warming up, wonderful smell. Would you eat on the terrace or inside? Or would a table be set on the platform?
Villa Pinea is a high quality passive stone villa using the latest housing technology in the scenic Murtolanniemi area. The villa is located on the shores of Lake Vehkajärvi in Kuhmalahti, which is part of the municipality of Kangasala.
The heart of Villa Pinea is a bright and well-equipped living kitchen. The space offers a magnificent view of the lake, which dominates the landscape — the villa is almost completely surrounded by water, which can be admired from the glazed terrace that circles the villa in any weather.
On the two floors of the villa there are a total of three bedrooms and a spacious loft divided into two parts, there are 8+4 beds. In addition, the villa has a sauna area, as well as housekeeping and hobby facilities. Toilets can be found on both floors. There is also a summer kitchen with barbecue facilities on the terrace

.Cold water from the lake is supplied to the washing room by an electric pump and hot water from a tank connected to the stove.
Next to the sauna there is a separate firewood canopy, where there is an additional cauldron and Biolan compost wood.
From the beach sauna leads to a wooden terrace and a long 12m pier, where adults swim.
