6-8 hengelle tasokas pyöröhirsihuvila, korkealla parvella, vierasmaja kahdella mh, vesi-WC, autotalli ja grillikatos Mökin ja vierasmajan terassien ilmansuunta suoraan etelään. Vesistöön matkaa noin 10 m.
Mökin ja rannan väliin on rakennettu suuri laudoitettu patio, joka jatkuu laiturina. Patio yhdistää mökin ja vierasmajan toisiinsa, joka tekee piha-alueen yhtenäiseksi. Patio Vehmassalmelle Patiolla on myös grillikatos, jossa on vuolukivestä tehty korkeatasoinen grillaustaso, jossa on useita eri grillaus/ruoan valmistuslaitetta Weber sähkögrilli, Weber kaasugrilli ja kaasukäyttöinen muurikka pannu.
Patiolla on myös lehtikuusesta käsintehty pirttikalusto.
Laiturin päässä veden syvyys n.3 m. Taustalla näkyy venelaituri, jossa loiva ranta. '
Terhin soutuvene. Piha on valaistu 20 ulkovalolla, jotka luovat turvallisuutta ja tunnelmaa pimeällä. Sohvanurkkaus Sohva on avattava divaanivuodesohva 2 hlö. Parvella makuupaikat 2-4 hlö.
Huvilassa on varaava vuolukivitakka sekä stereot, Led smartTV 43" ja DVD-soitin.
Uusi Keittiö, työtasot ja kaapistot Keittiössä on, jääkaappi, liesi uunilla, astianpesukone, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, pesuallas, pirttipöytä ja astiastot 8 hengelle.
Sauna Saunassa on vuolukivikiuas, vuolukivilattia lattialämmityksellä. Saunaan ja mökkiin sisälle tulee kylmä vesi. Saunan kiukaan yhteydessä on 50 litrainen lämminvesisäiliö. Pukuhuone Saunan pukuhuoneessa on pyykinpesukone ja vuolukivilattiassa lämmitys.
Vierasmaja Vierasmajassa on 2 erillistä mh, molemmissa huoneissa on 2 hlö. runkopatja 90cm sängyt ja lattialämmitys termostaatilla. Huoneista löytyy mm. Led smartTV:t. 43" ja Lisäksi vierasmajan yhteydessä on vesi-WC
Autotalli Tontilla on kahden auton talli sähköovilla. Autotallista löytyvät polttopuut. Autotallista löytyy myös lisää kylmätilaa eli korkea jääkaappi-pakastin.
Aikuisryhmien ikärajoitus, kaikkien lomailijoiden tulee olla 24v täyttäneitä!
Villa Isotalon VARAUS- JA PERUUTUSEHDOT Näitä ehtoja sovelletaan Villa Isotalon majoitusvarauksiin asiakkaan tehtyä varauksen majoituskohteeseen.
• Asiakkaalta veloitetaan ennakkomaksuna varauksen kokonaishinta tai osa siitä, milloin tahansa.
• Asiakkaalta veloitetaan varauksen kokonaishinta tai osa siitä, jos hän peruuttaa varauksensa milloin tahansa.
• Varauksen voi perua ilman kuluja ennen ennakkomaksun eräpäivää. Yhdessä erässä laskutettavat varaukset on mahdollista perua kuluitta ennen laskun eräpäivää.
• Loppusuoritus on maksettava viimeistään 4 viikkoa (28 vuorokautta) ennen majoituksen alkamishetkeä.
• Varauksen peruutus tulee aina tehdä kirjallisesti myyjälle. Laskun maksamatta jättäminen ei ole riittävä toimenpide peruutukseen.

Booking and cancellation terms
Villa Isotalon BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation reservations at Villa Isotalo after the customer made the reservation to the accommodation.
The total price of the reservation, or part of it, will be charged in advance to the customer at any time.
The customer will be charged the full price of the reservation or part of it if they wish to cancel their reservation at any time.
The reservation can be cancelled without charge before the date of the advance payment. It is possible to cancel bookings that are billed in one batch without charge before the invoice is due
.The final payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the accommodation.
Cancellation of a reservation must always be made in writing to the seller. Failure to pay the invoice is not a sufficient measure to cancel the reservation
.Seller's right to cancel booking
In the event of force majeure, the seller may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the payment they paid to the seller
.The seller has the right to cancel the reservation, if the reservation has not paid the invoice to the person who has not paid the invoice.
Return to the cottage
The cottage is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 4pm until the end of the day at 12 noon.
The cottage can be used for the night: 8 people.
The cottage is non-smoking. For the importation of pet animals into the apartment/room, a reservation must be reported at the factory
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the apartment/room or its movable property during his stay in a timely manner. If the customer or his guests cause harm or danger to those in the same property, the seller and his representative have the right to terminate the accommodation contract in full and the customer must leave the accommodation immediately. In the event of cancellation, the fees will not be refunded for the hours spent or during the accommodation. Belju and camper are forbidden in our cabins
.There is silence in the cabin from 10pm to 8am.
All comments and complaints related to the equipment and condition of the apartment must be addressed to the seller or his representative after their subject has been raised.
After payment, you agree to the booking and cancellation terms.
