Villa Isotalon VARAUS- JA PERUUTUSEHDOT
Näitä ehtoja sovelletaan Villa Isotalon majoitusvarauksiin asiakkaan tehtyä varauksen majoituskohteeseen.
Asiakkaalta veloitetaan ennakkomaksuna varauksen kokonaishinta tai osa siitä, milloin tahansa.
Asiakkaalta veloitetaan varauksen kokonaishinta tai osa siitä, jos hän peruuttaa varauksensa milloin tahansa.
Varauksen voi perua ilman kuluja ennen ennakkomaksun eräpäivää. Yhdessä erässä laskutettavat varaukset on mahdollista perua kuluitta ennen laskun eräpäivää.
Loppusuoritus on maksettava viimeistään 4 viikkoa (28 vuorokautta) ennen majoituksen alkamishetkeä.
Varauksen peruutus tulee aina tehdä kirjallisesti myyjälle. Laskun maksamatta jättäminen ei ole riittävä toimenpide varauksen perumiselle.
Myyjän oikeus perua varaus
Mikäli kyseessä on ylivoimainen este (force majeure) voi myyjä perua varauksen. Tällöin asiakas saa myyjälle maksamansa maksun kokonaisuudessaan takaisin.
Myyjällä on oikeus peruuttaa varaus, mikäli varaaja ei ole maksanut laskua eräpäivään mennessä.
Mökkiin pääsy
Mökki on asiakkaan käytettävissä tulopäivästä klo 16 lähtöpäivään klo 12.
Mökkiä saa käyttää enintään: 8 henkilöä.
Mökki on savuton. Lemmikkieläinten tuonnista huoneistoon/huoneeseen on ilmoitettava varausta tehtäessä
Asiakas on velvollinen korvaamaan huoneistolle/huoneelle tai sen irtaimistolle oleskelunsa aikana aiheutuneet vahingot täysimääräisesti. Mikäli asiakas tai tämän vieraat aiheuttavat häiriötä tai vaaraa samassa kiinteistössä oleville, on myyjällä ja tämän edustajalla oikeus purkaa välittömästi majoitusta koskeva sopimus ja asiakkaan on poistuttava heti majoituskohteesta. Purkamistapauksessa maksuja ei palauteta käytetyiltä eikä käyttämättömiltä majoitusvuorokausilta. Palju ja asuntoauto ovat kielletyt mökeissämme.
Mökissä on hiljaisuus klo 22 - 08.
Kaikki huoneiston varustukseen ja kuntoon liittyvät huomautukset ja valitukset on osoitettava välittömästi niiden aiheen ilmaannuttua myyjälle tai tämän
edustajalle.
Maksun suoritettua sitoudut varaus ja peruutusehtoihin.

Villa Isotalon BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to accommodation reservations at Villa Isotalo after the customer made the reservation to the accommodation.
The total price of the reservation, or part of it, will be charged in advance to the customer at any time.
The customer will be charged the full price of the reservation or part of it if they wish to cancel their reservation at any time.
The reservation can be cancelled without charge before the date of the advance payment. It is possible to cancel bookings that are billed in one batch without charge before the invoice is due
.The final payment must be paid no later than 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the accommodation.
Cancellation of a reservation must always be made in writing to the seller. Failure to pay the invoice is not a sufficient measure to cancel the reservation
.Seller's right to cancel booking
In the event of force majeure, the seller may cancel the booking. In this case, the customer will receive a full refund of the payment they paid to the seller
.The seller has the right to cancel the reservation, if the reservation has not paid the invoice to the person who has not paid the invoice.
Return to the cottage
The cottage is available to the customer from the day of arrival at 4pm until the end of the day at 12 noon.
The cottage can be used for the night: 8 people.
The cottage is non-smoking. For the importation of pet animals into the apartment/room, a reservation must be reported at the factory
The customer is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the apartment/room or its movable property during his stay in a timely manner. If the customer or his guests cause harm or danger to those in the same property, the seller and his representative have the right to terminate the accommodation contract in full and the customer must leave the accommodation immediately. In the event of cancellation, the fees will not be refunded for the hours spent or during the accommodation. Belju and camper are forbidden in our cabins
.There is silence in the cabin from 10pm to 8am.
All comments and complaints related to the equipment and condition of the apartment must be addressed to the seller or his representative after their subject has been raised.
After payment, you agree to the booking and cancellation terms.
