Villa Karikkoniemi is a peaceful cape in Pyhäjärvi, Tampere. It has its own shoreline 150 m. Swimming can be reached directly through the door of the beach sauna and the cape also has its own boat dock which can be reached by larger boat. The Honkarakention buildings were completed in 2010 and were renovated for rental use in 2019. The buildings are heated by geothermal heat and in the summer heat the main building is cooled by an air heat pump. The lakeside sauna is wood-fired and from its platforms you can admire the sunset over the lake. The beach sauna also has its own toilet and two showers in the bathroom. The large windows of the living room/dining area of the main building offer a wonderful view of the lake and the space is created by a large fireplace. The main building has an electric sauna, two toilets and shower facilities with two showers. The modern kitchen is well equipped.
Sleeping areas are divided as follows:
During the winter season, the villa comfortably accommodates 12 people and in the summer months (May-August) 14 people. The dining area has a capacity of 14 people

8 hlön belju (borehole water) is freely available to you and is included in the rental price. During the summer season, a rowing boat is available. Pets are allowed as long as they are kept away from furniture and beds. When Pyhäjärvi is frozen, the opening is kept open with a submersible pump at the end of the beach sauna pier.
Prices include bed linen, towels and basic final cleaning
Holiday periods are rented only in full rental periods.
Shorter holiday season bookings are sold 3 weeks before the date as sudden departures, if there is time off.

990€ /weekend Fri - Sun from 1700 to 1400
£1,500 /week
Summer 2025 rental periods start at 1200 on Friday, and end at 1400 on Thursday.
