A private beach in the cottage area is about 300 metres away.
Please note that daily rental is only possible during Mon-Thu. Daytime rental is not possible

Cleaning
The cleaning fee of 100.00€ will be charged in connection with the rental invoice. The cleaning fee will be refunded in full if the cottage is in the agreed condition for cleaning. If there are clear shortcomings in the cleaning, but it is partially completed, half of the cleaning fee of 50.00€ will be refunded.
Things to note:
No smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The cottage is not rented for party use.
Pricing:
Daily rental is only possible during the period Mon-Thu. Daytime rental is not possible
during Fri-Su.The cabin's booking calendar is up-to-date if two rental enquiries for the same period do not occur at the same time.

Booking and cancellation terms
Cancellation must always be made in writing to the landlord. Failure to pay the bill is not a cancellation. If the cancellation is made earlier than 7 days before the start of the holiday, the paid fees will be refunded to the customer in full
.If the cancellation is made later than 3 days before the start of the holiday, the reservation fee paid will not be refunded.

Payment terms
50% of the reservation will be charged 14 days after booking and the remaining 14 days before the booking starts. If the reservation is made with less than 30 days to the beginning of the reservation, the invoice will be due 14 days before the start of the stay. If it is less than 14 days before the start of the reservation, the full invoice will be due
immediately. -
Delays and compensations
Accommodation may not be used by more people than indicated in the destination information unless specifically agreed.
If the client does the cleaning himself, we require that the cleaning takes care of things such as: garbage removal, vacuuming and wiping floors, washing dishes (and emptying the dishwasher), cleaning the sauna washroom and toilet facilities, removing stains and dirt marks, making beds and taking furniture and other items for themselves. More detailed cleaning instructions can be found in the cabin.
We expect the cottage to be a vestige of normal living, that is, furniture and other fittings in place and intact.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the interior of the cottage.
The cottage is not rented as a venue for parties.
Pets are not allowed.

Damages and deposits
The booking agent is responsible for the property and its belongings during the rental period. The Boarder shall be liable for any damage that he or his guest, intentionally or negligently, has caused to the movable property, structures or property belonging to the landlord of the cottage. The customer is obliged to immediately notify the object or its movable property of the damage caused to it and compensate the landlord for it. If the property has been deliberately violated during the reservation of the reservation of the object's movable property or structures, we will invoice the customer for the repair bills of the object.
