The cottage is located on the shores of Leppävesi in a quiet environment. In the surroundings of the sauna hut there is an amazing forest and field. Many wildlife, including small birds and deer, thrive here. There are no other cabins in the immediate vicinity. The waterfront landscape opens to the southwest and there is a pier patio on the beach. The beach is shallow. There is also a rowing boat on the beach. The outdoor terrace has a table group and barbecue.
Ilveslinna's facilities include: fireplace, free WiFi, wood sauna, stove, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, water and coffee maker. The sleeping alcove has a double bed. Other sleeping places are in the lounge area with movable beds. In total, mucking places can be found for five people. A camping cot for a small child is also included.
The services of Lauka are 10 km away. Deurunga Golf and Spa Hotel Peurunka are reachable within 15 km. In winter you can ski on the lake's ice, the county track and the Peurunga rinks. The varied sports parks of Leppävesi and Vihtavuori are about 5 km away. It is about 2.5 km to the lean-to and the nature trail starts there from the vicinity of the cottage.
