Suviranta cottage rental conditions 1.
Payment The
paid booking fee will be deducted from the final total rental price.
If the guest does not comply with the payment terms, the owner has the right to consider the reservation cancelled.
The rent is paid on the due date to the bank account mentioned on the confirmation/invoice or if agreed separately by debit/credit card, in which case the card payment costs are added to the rental price.
2. Cancellation or modification of a reservation The
owner may cancel the reservation in the event of force majeur. In this case, any payments already made will be credited.
If the guest cancels their reservation later than two months before the start of the rental period, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
3. Arriving at the destination You can
arrive at the destination at the time indicated on the invoice. If the arrival time differs from the confirmed one (e.g.
an hour or more late), it is a good idea to inform the owner in advance by phone call or message.
If the guest completely fails to arrive, the owner is not obliged to refund any invoiced/paid payments.
4. During the stay
If a guest interrupts their stay and leaves the property before the end of the rental period, the guest is not entitled to a refund.
The owner has the right to interrupt the visit for reasons caused by guests. In these cases, the owner is not
liable for compensation for the unused visit time.
The need for or loss of maintenance of buildings and structures, technical machinery, equipment or other movable property of the object must be notified to the owner in order to ensure the availability of maintenance.
The guest is liable for any damage caused by his intention or negligence that he or his entourage causes to the object or its movable property.
The cleaning of the property during the visit is taken care of by the guest.
The rental includes the right to use the property for the allotted time, as well as normal energy costs, such as reasonable use of electricity.
There is no electric car charging facility at the property. The rent also includes a reasonable amount of firewood
. Trees may only be burned in target fireplaces. In outdoor fireplaces during the fire warning period, open fires are completely prohibited.
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels rental or additional services will be charged separately before booking.
The cottage is not allowed to be used for parties. When making a reservation, it is necessary to agree on possible
occasions in which the number of persons in the destination would be temporarily exceeded.
As a rule, the import of a pet to the destination is prohibited. However, it is recommended to agree on a case-by-case basis
at the time of booking.
If the guest causes damage to the property, he is liable for compensation in accordance with the principles of compensation, even if the security
deposit has not been demanded and withheld.
5. At the end of the visit, it is the
Guest's duty to leave the property in a tidy condition. The final cleaning is carried out by either the guest or the
owner, depending on which final cleaning has been agreed.
6.
If the booking confirmation/invoice has been agreed otherwise than stated in these terms, the terms and conditions stated in the booking confirmation/invoice shall prevail. -
