Completely renovated in 2021, this villa offers a stylish, and finished setting for up to eight people on the shores of a tranquil lake, only about an hour's drive from the capital city. The quiet location with no visible neighbours, but with good transport links, makes it the perfect choice for families, groups of friends and couples who appreciate a quality cottage holiday

The main cabin has accommodation for 4-6 persons:
* Bedroom 1: high quality Familon frame beds (2), as well as blankets and pillows
* Bedroom 2: high quality Familon frame beds (2) + loft bed (120 with frame mattress), as well as blankets and pillows On the beach, in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, there is a wonderful wooden sauna with glass surfaces giving a nice view of the raft from directly to the lake.
A shower, and a modern hand basin add to the quality decor of the place. Bed linen, as well as detergents are always included in the price. A separate sauna room serves as a dressing room, and can accommodate 2 people with a sofa bed (all year round).
In addition to the bedrooms in the main cottage you will find:
* a fully equipped open kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven/stove, electric mixer, blender, and a full set of dishes for preparing and serving food) * sparkling wine, white wine, red wine and schnapps * indoor toilet, hand towels, and hand soap * small stove to create ambience (+firewood)
* big windows through the house - bright view of the lake * big terrace area with table group

* board games, books, toys The destination is located on a big road, but without visible neighbors.
The cottage has a large flat yard, partly grassy area. At your disposal are a variety of yard games such as frisbee golf, darts, badminton, and traditional mallet. The resort has a very shallow beach, which is suitable for all ages. There is also a rowing boat, as well as a few life jackets. Campfire place on the beach. Good nature trails nearby. During the winter, there are also skating and skiing opportunities less than a kilometer away. The nearest ski resort is about half an hour away.
