A
magnificent villa with an area of 183 m2 is offered for rent all year round. There is a separate wood-fired beach sauna on
the property.
The villa has three bedrooms and two lobby areas with sofa beds and one separate bed.
There are
sleeping places for 12 people. The living room has a large dining table for 12 people and is equipped with dishes for the same number of people. The villa is equipped with modern technology. Both the villa and the beach sauna were built by Honka.
The villa is located in a quiet location on the shore of a clean and beautiful lake. There is a private four-car parking space next to the villa
.
Large water heater (300 l). Potable tap water comes from our own well. An analysis of well water conducted on July 10, 2024 showed that the quality of the well water is excellent.
The separate wood-fired waterfront sauna building has a fireplace, sofa, table, chairs, hot water and two showers, as well as firewood.
Next to the villa is a well-equipped barbecue hut with a wooden grill suitable for various grilling functions.
Firewood is included in the price.

The house has a large terrace for outdoor dining.
The
villa can host various events such as birthdays, evenings and seminars. From us you can order the organization of events on a turnkey basis: accommodation, banquet, table decorations.
Catering services are provided by our restaurant Kulmahuone in Imatra (www.kulma.fi), which specializes in traditional Finnish cuisine. So, at the agreed time, you will receive a ready-made villa for 12 guests, a festively set table, a ready meal according to the agreed menu, free time and a cheerful, carefree feast. The maximum number of participants for different events is 12 people. The nature of the event, the meals and their price will be agreed on the basis of your request for tenders. Bed linen and towels are not included. We recommend bringing your own bed linen. The villa has pillows and blankets for 12 people. Bed linen can be delivered for EUR 18 per person if this service has been ordered at the time of booking.

Tight cancellation policyIf the guest cancels at least 30 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee of the service provider. If the guest cancels at least 7 days before the rental period begins, 50% of the paid rent will be refunded, excluding the service fee. The service fee is non-refundable. For bookings cancelled after this period, no rent will be refunded.
