).For rent a spacious (3mh, k, 2oh, s+kh+wc, khh, 2wc) two-storey holiday home for families and couples completed in 2011. The property is located in Ruovesi on the shore of the Näsivesistö (Tarjanne water) on the southern slope plot. The holiday home has a large terrace facing the beach on the main floor. The downstairs terrace also opens to the south. On the beach there is a wooden sauna with a terrace for summer use, and there is also a small kitchen. The gently deepening beach has a terrace and a pier. The property is also equipped for families with children. Additional Info: Kitchen equipment: dining table for 10 persons, large fridge, large freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, full range of dishes Other equipment: 2 x TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, radio/cd player, gas grill on the terrace and wood grill on the beach. Family equipment: high chair, 3 pots, bathtub, changing tray, children's bed, travel cot, few toys, gate on stairs. Please note: The rental includes a rowing boat and six life jackets (motor boat 4hp for an additional price of 150€/week, incl. navicator and sonar). The rental does not include bed linen and towels, no pets, no smoking. Possibility to rent 2 SUP plates Deep Sea Shark, 335 cm (carrying capacity 135 kg) for 40€/set/week. Delivery on Fridays at 12.00 and arrival on Fridays at 16.00 unless specifically agreed. The local area creates good conditions for spending a varied week in the vicinity of nature. Activities include lake and fly fishing, swimming, golf, Ähtäri Zoo and Flowpark, hiking trips in Helvetinjärvi and Seivinen national parks and Toriseva, Virtai traditional village with its livestock yards and riding stables, shopping trip to the village shop Veljekset Keskinen, boat cruises (ship route Tampere - Virrat) Tarjanrat On the Nevesi ship, etc. NOTE.
