New villa completed in November 2022 on the shores of Lake Nuasjärvi. Villa Kiviranta enjoys a quiet and private location close to Vuokatti services and ski trails. The ski slopes of Vuokatti are only 4km away. The toboggan trail can be reached directly from the cottage yard.
Themodern villa has two bedrooms and two separate atmospheric dormitories in the loft. Sleeping places for up to 10 people if needed. There are two toilets. The cabin has excellent acoustics (acoustic ceiling), which brings a calm atmosphere to the cottage. In the immediate vicinity of the washing facilities there is an atmospheric wood-burning courtyard sauna, where you can swim in the lake in summer. open from large windows.EQUIPPING
The cabin has luxurious equipment, including a 55” flat-screen TV, two drying cabinets, an air heat pump and a drying washing machine to bring special comfort to your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. The cabin has a high-speed fibre network connection, allowing for recreational and meeting use by businesses. At the end of outdoor activities and sports, you can leave the equipment to dry in a warm outdoor storage room with a second drying cabinet and the possibility of storing sports equipment.

There is also a beach sauna on the property, where 4 more beds can be booked. In total, two log villas and a sauna on the beach have been built on the plot, which also allows accommodation for larger groups. (Accommodation in the seaside sauna is not possible in the summer season 1.6.

The beach sauna and the beach are shared by the two cottages. Private tours are also available for each day. At other times, the beach sauna is shared.
