Villa Lumiranta is a warm villa completed in 2022 and offers a quality setting for your holiday. The villa is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of Lake Nuasjärvi, close to the services of Vuokatti. Kainuu's beautiful nature, diverse recreational opportunities and our first-class villa guarantee you and your party a unique and refreshing holiday. Welcome to Villa Lumiranta!
In addition to large and spacious common areas and a modern kitchen, Villa Lumiranta has three bedrooms and a separate wood-heated outdoor sauna with a sauna chamber. The villa has sleeping places for 8 people, with spread beds there is a sleeping place for up to 10 people. Mh1 double bed, mh2 frame mattress bed, adult sleeping bunk bed from which the lower bed can be spread out. Mh 3 as mh 2. In the well-equipped kitchen you can find dishes and cooking utensils for even larger groups. The passage to the sauna is carried out comfortably through the covered terrace. In addition to the sauna you will find an outdoor hot tub, where you can relax at the end of an active day. The outdoor hot tub can be booked for an additional fee. In summer, the covered terrace gathers vacationers to barbecue and spend time together.
In winter, from the villa's courtyard you can get directly to the snowmobile trail, after which many routes to Kainuu are at your disposal. The sun trail is not far away either, as skiing along the back of the lake it is about three kilometers away. The sunny days of summer are pleasant to spend on the shores of Lake Nuas, the common beach is only about 300 meters from Villa Lumiranta. And if you like to fish, you can also do it in Lake Nuasjärvi — both in summer and in winter
.Villa Lumiranta is well suited for families, groups of friends and colleagues. To party crowds and pets, we say no thanks. The final cleaning will bring relief to your holiday, which you can take if you wish or you can also do the cleaning yourself. You can also get bed linen and towels from us at an additional cost of 15€/person and 18€/person.
Weekend rental from 550€, week rent from 1250€. Per week 200€/day. Outdoor hot tub rental 150€/weekend and 300€/week. Housekeeping 110€
