New high quality villa completed in November 2023 in Vuokatti near Nuasjärvi beach. The holiday home is located on its own plot in a quiet location, close to Vuokatti services, skiing and other
sports facilities. Theproperty can sleep up to 8+3 people. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with frame mattresses (80x200cm) each for two people. In the living room, a spreading sofa serves as a spare bed, with sleeping places also for two people. At the top there is a spacious loft (30m2) with plenty of standing space. On the left side of the loft there are two frame mattresses 80x200cm + a spare bed. There are also two 80cm wide frame mattresses on the right side. All frame mattresses can be moved side by side or apart.
Awell-equipped kitchen will bring special comfort to your holiday. The equipment includes an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric mixer, full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Around the dining table there are 5 stools for extra chairs
.The utility rooms include an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning supplies, as well as a washing machine, a drying cabinet and a drying rack.
Theliving room has a cooling air heat pump and a 55" flat-screen TV. In addition, the building is equipped with mechanical ventilation.
In the yard there is a sandbox with toys and a trampoline, as well as a garden swing and a gas grill.
The snowmobile trail can be reached directly from the villa's courtyard and in early spring over the lake ridge (3 km) by skiing to the Katinkulla sunbathing trail. There are sleds for children. There is a distance of 200m to the communal beach, near which there is a large lean-to with fireplaces that are freely accessible.
No pets and no smoking, not for party groups either. Great for families and groups of friends. The import of bellows prohibited.
If you wish, you can do the final cleaning yourself and bring your own bed linen and towels or buy them as an additional service. Blankets and pillows can be found for 11 people. In the yard there is the possibility of charging the electric car (16A 400V plug), as well
