Karhunpesä on järvenrantamökki, joka sijaitsee Kokkolassa entisessä Ullavan kunnassa. Vuokramökki on rakennettu 1983 (terassi remontoitu 2012, sisäpuoli 2013 ja 2017) ja se rakentuu tupakeittiöstä, sekä kahdesta makuuhuoneesta. Lemmikkieläimet ovat sallittuja mökillä. Heinäkuussa vuokraamme kokonaisia viikkoja. The reservation will be completed and verified by e-mail message. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation is free of charge one month before the rental date. 2-4 weeks before booking, the cancellation price is 20% of the total rent and less than two weeks from the rental date the cancellation price is 50%
of the total rental.rent is paid in full at one time one month before the rental date. If the rental period is less than a month at the time of booking, the rent must be paid before arrival at the cottage.
The tenant takes care of the final cleaning of the cottages, unless otherwise agreed and paid before the start of the rental. If the final cleaning is not completed, the actual cleaning costs will be charged, i.e. €100.
If the client damages the property during the rental period, the client is obliged to compensate the damage in full to the owner of the property. The rules and instructions given by the homeowner should be followed during the rental period. Any violation may result in claims for compensation. For certain properties, the client must pay a security fee (also called a guarantee rent) at the beginning of the rental period to cover any breakdowns, damage, theft, or excessive clutter. Any deposit will always be notified to the customer before the booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be refunded after the rental period, unless damage, unpaid fees or separate cleaning requirements have been reported. In the absence of a security deposit, the Cottage Renter or Property Owner has the right to claim the amount necessary to restore the property to its original state.
The Cabin Rental shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure or exceptional circumstances that are beyond the scope of the Cabin Rental. Such force majeure obstacles may include, for example, government regulations, airspace restrictions, military actions, civil disturbances, a health threat at the destination such as serious illness or natural disasters or other adverse weather conditions and natural phenomena. Cabin rental cannot be considered responsible for mechanical equipment such as pumps, boilers, pool filtration systems, internet connections for, and public services such as water, gas and electricity, auml; disordered.
