Vuokramökki Punakettu on 2007 valmistunut hirsimökki, joka sijaitsee Kokkolassa. Mökkiin kuuluu oma järvenranta (Ullavanjärvi); oma puusauna. Ranta on lapsiystävällinen ja turvallinen. Järvestä on helppo onkia kaloja. Käytettävissä on myös soutuvene ja pelastusliivit. Mökki koostuu tupakeittiöstä, kahdesta makuukamarista, parvesta, vessasta ja suihkusta. Pinta-ala on noin 58m² ja tilaa kahdeksalle henkilölle. Terassilta löytyy ulkokalusteet ja kaasugrilli. Lemmikit ovat kiellettyjä mökillä, joten mökki sopii myös allergisille henkilöille. Booking and cancellation terms
The reservation will be completed and verified by e-mail message. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation is free of charge one month before the rental date. 2-4 weeks before booking, the cancellation price is 20% of the total rent and less than two weeks from the rental date the cancellation price is 50%
of the total rental. -
Payment termsThe
rent is paid in full at one time one month before the rental date. If the rental period is less than a month at the time of booking, the rent must be paid before arrival at the cottage.

Delays and compensations
The tenant takes care of the final cleaning of the cottages, unless otherwise agreed and paid before the start of the rental. If the final cleaning is not completed, the actual cleaning costs will be charged, i.e. €100.

Damages and deposits
If the client damages the property during the rental period, the client is obliged to compensate the damage in full to the owner of the property. The rules and instructions given by the homeowner should be followed during the rental period. Any violation may result in claims for compensation. For certain properties, the client must pay a security fee (also called a guarantee rent) at the beginning of the rental period to cover any breakdowns, damage, theft, or excessive clutter. Any deposit will always be notified to the customer before the booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be refunded after the rental period, unless damage, unpaid fees or separate cleaning requirements have been reported. In the absence of a security deposit, the Cottage Renter or Property Owner has the right to claim the amount necessary to restore the property to its original state.
