Villa Masa is a wonderful summer place in the middle of the most beautiful Finnish nature, on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi. Also in winter you will spend the most memorable holiday here! By water in Tampere approx. 10km and Pimeesalmi shipyard with guest marina and summer restaurants just a few hundred meters
away.The cottage is on three floors, with stairs between the floors. Downstairs, one separate bedroom (two beds that can be combined into a double bed if desired). In addition, downstairs there is a living and dining area, a small kitchen corner with equipment, toilet, fireplace, sauna and washing facilities. In the sauna, both electric and wood stove. On the middle floor there is a large glazed balcony terrace, kitchen with equipment, living room and dining area, two separate bedrooms (two beds in each room, which can also be combined into double beds if desired), toilet and shower. On the top floor one separate bedroom (two beds, can be combined into a double bed if desired), living room with two beds, balcony and toilet. From the bottom floor there is a passage to the courtyard and the lower terrace. From the courtyard there is an idyllic path to the beach. On the beach there is a pier and a swimming opportunity. Possibility to stay in beds for ten (10) persons, on sofas for four (4) persons. A rollaway bed and a high chair are provided for children.
The cottage rent includes firewood. Parking space in the yard. Electric and charcoal grills are available at the cottage. In the yard there is a pool for 8-10 people. We charge 150€ for the use of the litter box at the time of rental. Trees and water are included in the price. (The customer always fills and heats the bin by himself.

NB! If you do not take final cleaning, you must hand over the cottage cleaned, in the condition it was when you came. For the cabin left uncleaned, we send an invoice. Regardless of the final cleaning, you always collect your bottles/cans and trash and put the items/furniture in their own places. Cleaning up excretions such as vomit is never part of the final cleaning, but the accommodation owner takes care of the cleaning himself and is obliged to pay for things like washing textiles. The tenant is obliged to compensate for the damage caused to the property and movable property in full
.The booking fee of 30% must be paid as soon as you receive the payment instructions. If you have to cancel your booking less than 3 weeks before the start of the booking, we will withhold the booking fee. If the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the reservation, we will charge 50% of the total price of the
reservation.We primarily book weekends and whole weeks, but bookings of other lengths are also successful! Always be in touch with the renter:)
